Sat in a Devon holiday camp with my City shirt grinning like a c**t.

Wow. I can't get my City shirt to do anything at all.

Was yours a special purchase or something?

People talk about the defence being a problem

I disagree- we’ve got who we’ve got and they’re doing as well as can be expected.

it’s the attack- we should be scoring way more than we are. We should have been out of sight at Blackpool and today. The strikers had the investment, need to see more.

Need to play Gyokeres with Walker or Godden when they're fit. Waghorn has been a disappoint for me so far, expected more from him.

We played well but need to be more clinical in front of goal. The defence still has dodgy moments often self inflicted. Thoroughly deserved the win any other result would have been a travesty.

Reading disappointing and generally poor.

Referee was inconsistent and frankly missed a lot. The blatant time wasting should have been punished by more than the odd point at his watch. No problem with the length of added on titime which I guess covers that. Reading brought it on themselves with their "professionalism'

MOM Ben Sheaf

Onwards and upwards 😁

First big test next week. QPR unbeaten. Then we’ll really see how much we’ve progressed. Get through that and I’d expect us to have a few injured players back after the break as well. Just hope we smash Middlesbrough, invited my Boro supporting mate along and he’s already giving it the biggun.

Dabo j in a playing out of position

Not picking on you in particular, as a few have said this (albeit you aren’t in great company).

My counter; Ben Sheaf was equally playing out of position for the majority of the second half and had anything but a stinker.

Even accepting he was out of position, he was poor.

As you’d expect he was back to his impactful self once switched to RWB.

We’ve got off to a really good start! Controlled every game and frankly, we should be beating teams more convincingly.

Felt this way all through the L1 winning season though. Robins loves the drama.

there is something in this. Even in L1 I can’t remember a single game that wasn’t tense. Portsmouth & Sunderland at home were unbearable. Don’t know what it is but Robins puts everyone through the grinder before pulling out the results

It was clear against Forest that Dabo can’t play centre half so surprised he was played there again but not surprised he struggled and he had to have 1 eye on covering for DaCosta as well

Away this weekend so couldn’t attend, watch or listen. Just seen the highlights and fucking buzzing. By the sounds of it and the stats we battered them. That’s all four games we’ve played well. I was at Barnsleh and we could easily have won that let alone took a point. Really positive signs. Can’t wait to see us against QPR which will be a proper test and give us an idea of what the season could hold. Sterling job from the management and squad so far. PUSB.

Yep I agree he shouldn’t have played there - hopefully he never will again. And sounds like you agree he was poor.
