more concerned about Gyorkres to be quite honest! I watched the re-run of the Reading game and to be quite honest that was the best centre forward display i have seen by a Coventry Striker in such a long time and if he had scored a goal he would have got a 10 from me. If he plays like that against QPR the vultures will be circling.

Just had my look on qpr forum, much the same blinkered bullshit as everyone else, expect to win comfortably. Cov worst team they saw last season. Should be wipeing lower teams like us out .
No doubt they're a good side but the fuckin arrogance is unbelievable.

Are they anymore blinkered or arrogant than some of the posts on this thread, quoting 4-0 wins, Godden hat tricks etc?

Their last first hand experience of us, was from just about our worst display from last season, and that is what will understandably form a lot of their views of us as their opposition.

Don't really care what they think before the game, but rather after the game when hopefully we've got a result and have then made them rethink their viewpoints.

If you thought he was good against REading, you should've seen him against Blackpool!

Start of a run of thee games against teams I expect to be in the top ten it’s going to be a good indication on where we are at a win and a draw I’d be happy with that.

We were pretty dreadful against them last season

That away game was one of the worst performances of the season.

I am anticipating a tough game on Saturday and I don't think there will be much in it. I think both sides are pretty even at the moment.

Agreed. If ever there was a game that had draw written over it then this is it to me.

1-1

Head says we'll be brought back down to earth with our first loss here, 2-1. We've been playing well though so could see a 1-1.

JCS in for Dacosta and Dabo back over to RWB, Allen in for Waghorn. Same line up as Blackpool to give us that extra man in the middle.

SBA to win 120dB - 10 v QPR fans
We have full squad to select from including Walker , so will be interesting who is selected and who’s on the bench

Note: QPR forum seems dead (traffic wise). There is another couple of forums for QPR that seem to be more active but not by much

Another tinpot club and fans 😂

Last season's offering was that bad I gave up watching after 25mins and cleaned out my shed instead.

Even with assuming we cannot possibly play as badly as that again I do think there will be a winner in this one and it will come down to who makes the least mistakes.

Hoping that's us 1:2 (Vik, Allen)

Just listened to the Robins interview. Everyone except Kelly, Eccles and Bright in contention it seems.

Godden ready for full 90 so will be interesting to see if he starts or if we have Allen back in midfield and just Vik up front.

Obviously Clarke-salter back in from Da Costa I imagine

David Prutton (Sky Sports EFL presenter) seems to think it'll be 2-2

Tough choice up front for a tough game. Walker looked sharp, Godden scored last game, Allen looking good in the box. Nice headache to have as they say.

Think I’d go with this:

Moore
Rose Fadz JCH
Dabo Hamer Sheaf Maatsen
O’Hare
Godden Györkeres

S: Wilson, Hyam, Dacosta, Allen, Jones, Walker, Waghorn

Walker on for Godden if/when he tires.

Can’t predict a score. Have a horrible feeling it’ll be 2-0 to them. Tough game.

That looks a good team, now imagine the bench with Kane instead of Dacosta, doesn't look too bad either does it. I'd say that's why we are after him.

Is walker back?

Godden played a fair chunk with the 23s mid week so I wouldn't want to put too much strain on that foot so quickly.

Start with the box Allen and O'Hare as we're away.
