That was early second half wasn’t it? As always I missed the first few mins of the second half so can’t comment. Can’t remember our shots on target first half other than Hamer putting it straight down the keepers throat. Would be curious to see the xG, didn’t feel like we created many clear cut chances other than Fadz sitter that he missed from the corner.

xG doesn't capture moments like Waghorn not trying to get on the end of a tap in at the far post.

There is no room for nuance or context in football anymore. Only the following info pieces...
3pts
1pt
0pts.

All other discussion is invalid.

Glad there's a break now - recharge the batteries and get another signing in. Still a very decent start to the season. Remember about half this forum thought we were relegation fodder last season.

There’s no middle ground on this forum, we are either world beaters or completely awful.

That’s just in your head. I’ve not said we were awful, just they had better players across the pitch and we didn’t win our battles. That’s why they had more shots on target and almost twice as much possession. Play like that and we’ll beat bottom half sides easily, but talk of us being a top six side is very premature.

Didn't think QPR were anything but ordinary. We failed to take any of the early chances and then looked a bit tired in the second half. 2-0 a bit flattering for QPR but we lacked something today. It seemed like the sort of game Kelly would have made a difference.
When Sheaf went back and Gyokores off, we lost any momentum we had. Would like to see Gyokores and Godden start a game.

Yes, Godden is number one when fit, I think Wags just needs a tap in, seems like a great lad too. Gyokores has had a brilliant start so it's looking good up top. Walker has a lot to prove this season but we'll need them all. QPR are a good side.

Were you watching or listening to the game, you clearly weren’t if you couldn’t remember their keepers 4 saves. Are you just making stuff up

It was 4 shots on target all game, one of which was Waghorns early second half so still not sure how you saw four in the first.

Showed the importance of a focal point up front. Gyökeres was brilliant for the time he was on. The ball didn't stick once when he went off. Then Dykes came on and did exactly that. Pinned Hyam more times in half an hour than I can remember anyone doing to him in our last ten games.

Oh well, played well, they are a good team as well and much better than some of their results say

I’m so sorry 3, but it’s still chances you said we didn’t have

Lack quality in the final third again, if we had their forwards, we'd have won by 4 or 5 today.

Sheafs mum gave some lad a bit of stick for constantly having a go at Ben.
