Seems the new rule has focused them.
I say this without knowing if Noble just completely missed however .
A pen does not seem to be a guaranteed goal anymore ,if it ever was.

Since 2009 , 75% of penalties have been scored .

I laughed as I don’t like Noble I think he has been amazingly lucky to have had such a long career at the top level with such limited ability.

The rest of the league are happy as well, because when they come back up they don’t get the parachute payments so they get shared out. It would be great if they came down and didn’t go back up as they offer nothing to the prem.
