Just found this , and I'd say it's debatable but not far out .. Scottish premiership is 16th , it's also higher than the Turkish super liga , Swiss top flight , Austrian, Danish and Greek top flight .

Our league system is the best in the world, conference is mostly full time clubs now. In Germany only 3 pro leagues

Whoever put the SPL above those is drunk. So I'd say that throws the whole thing into doubt.

I think he may mean the championship rather than SPL.

It's pretty amazing given the concentration of wealth in the top league as well
