It was all going really well, then about 8 of the starting 11 v Luton just didn't turn up.

Kelly in the past has come back from injuries and takes a few games to get back up to the levels we know he is capable of, atm Kelly is still coming back from an injury so I would definitely say he isn't up to full fitness or speed yet
