When we inevitably lose O Hare, Hamer and probably Gykores, what do you reckon we’d get?

Would have to silly premier league money for any of them to leave in January. Summer may be different but as someone else said Robins will have the final say

If we have any kind of shot at promotion we would be nuts to sell any of them in January. The potential PL windfall is far higher than the value of those players, and their value is unlikely to fall come the end of the season anyhow.

The exception would be if one of them pushed for a transfer themselves, as there is never much point keeping an unsettled player who is then unlikely to perform to the standards we would want. It would be very disappointing if any of these 3 took that standpoint in January.

i meant the summer, not January.
Hopefully we keep them in Jan to have a good season but it will defo test the clubs resolve if a cheeky bid comes in

If anything we may need strengthen. But trying to think where and i cant see too many holes.

Fingers crossed and dont want to jinx it, but we been injury free first 11 games. Had to just deal with a few suspensions.

Hopefully the extra 1000s per match above forecast plan give Robins some money to tie in.

Hyam/Hamer/Ohare/

And strengthen where ever we have an injury or 2.

Assuming we don’t get any injuries, I would imagine we’d look at getting someone who can cover a few positions, like Kane - who I think could be a very shrewd signing. Or possibly a quality youngster or two?

My worry for this season now is tanking after Christmas, like Hamer did last season. We've play a pretty settled side, can they maintain the intensity we play at over a whole season without their form dipping due to fatigue?

In some ways these suspensions might be a good thing. Not sure Hamer or Dabo would have got much of a rest otherwise, as Robins has never been one to use his substitutes early. Even yesterday, 4-1 up with 20 minutes to go and only used 1 sub on 90 mins (although maybe that was down to the international break coming up).

With that in mind, it's great that Godden, Sheaf and Kelly have all come into the team and played 90 minutes in an excellent win. Proven that our squad can come in and perform at the same level and that we shouldn't fear utilising the best squad we've had since relegation from the PL. One of those 'good' manager headaches.

Weirdly the defeat at Luton might be a blessing. Don’t get me wrong, we don’t want 5-0 drubbings but sometimes a reality check is useful.

The youngsters would have learned a lot from that defeat

We’ve only got two loans in of course. Could add another three to the match day squad. I’d still like to see an AM brought in as clearly Bright isn’t going to contribute, and ideally a LWB but can’t see another Giles/McCallum situation happening.

Would have helped if we’d found somewhere for Reid to ply his trade at least till Christmas
