CET: Season tickets down 25% (10 Viewers)

There are loads of ways that CCFC could get more supporters inside the stadium. Cut-price tickets for pensioners, those on certain benefits, schools, etc.
Empty seats make a great silence. Just by filling them with cheaper or free options could make all the difference.
Someone at the club needs to start negotiations and bloody quick or the silence inside the Ricoh will be deafening!

How about having CCFC Womens Team to play before the men's?

At least the Women are in the Premier League, and if you're going to showcase Women's football, now would be a good time to do so after some terrific games in London 2012.

Hopefully some fans turning up to watch the ladies play may stick around to watch the men.

It's telling that a number of posts in this thread are just trying to shout at other people here. Lucky the club itself doesn't have any trouble to worry about so we can all just bitch at each other.

We didn't renew because we believed SISU would collect all the season ticket money and then either sell or put us into admin.

To be fair it looks like they are actually taking this season seriously - and I now wish I'd renewed.

So what predicted gates do you think the board have used to set the budget to sign players this summer?
The board know how many ST holders there are and should have a good idea on how many walk ups we will get so no excuse for not giving an accurate estimate

I'd say 13-14k, we had just over 9k season ticket holder last season, I would think they might have predicted losing 10% season ticket holders which would be 8.1k, so we are still a long way from that. A lot of fans, inc my best mate have said they won't come back until Sisu at gone, preferring to go to away games. Surely this is counterproductive and will only harm the club?

if us success starved long suffering city fans hit top spot this season then after a visit to the local gp for vertigo related illness then i think healthy crowds on a saturday to follow, the sheer curiosity of being a winning team in a division for the 1st time in 45 years should get the bods up here, so it aint the price of a ticket its the success on the park.... just my opinion of course.

I really doubt they budgeted that low. Say the average cost of a ticket is £15 if you consider season tickets, consessions, etc. well 23 home games that's a mere £3.45-3.79m income from ticket sales.
