Ridiculous. As I said, for me, down to refusing to play nothing to do with who he went to. Every good player we've ever had has gone on to better clubs and good luck to them all, both past and future. None of them have refused to play though. For ME that left a bad taste in the mouth despite the good service he'd given and the reason I will never call him a legend. I have no problem with others thinking differently, so you shouldn't either.

That's fine as long as when I slag someone off next season for not trying then you don't come back with some " there's always a scapegoat / who are you going to pick on next" type comment ;)

For me some of the jokers who have come here and picked up wages over recent years are ten times the frauds Dublin was

Having a succession of frauds doesn't equate to Dublin being a legend though does it? By that reckoning David Smith is a City legend because Mcindoe was a bit of a fraud.

I can t see how he can t be, football wise.

Read the thread and you'll see that people aren't disputing his footballing ability or achievements. That's nothing to do with why he isn't considered a legend...

Gotta remember the chairman at the time engaged in a lot of media spin, some of it downright lies. With hindsight I think Dion should be remembered as possibly the best centre forward this club has ever had.
