What has happened to us we have gone from dominating second halves to bottling second halves

Maybe we need to calm it down a touch.
Been frenetic in approach maybe leads to wastefulness?
Obviously worked for around 5-6games.

Fitness levels ? We was fitter than most early season are teams catching up ? Agree with a solid loan in jan, surprised he didn’t start walker today him and Waghorn would of been bang up for that game,Gyo looks tired.

Still in a great position

I think Derby are more resilient than some of our fans thought, it is still way too early to be dreaming of the play offs - Lets not throw the baby out with the bathwater.

Play with it all to fight for like we did after our point hit.

It's just a case of not taking advantage of our dominance when on top.

Final ball/finish just lacking sometimes.
We should have added a second goal when we were on the ascendancy and Derby were on the ropes after the penalty. When you don't put teams away, things cone back to bite you

For a 10 minute spell it was one way traffic and we should have put the game beyond doubt. That Godden/Gyokeres missed chance was the turning point

I think MR has to take the blame for the second half collapses this week. That's why you build a squad, rotate players and change formations if you need to. Granted we don't have a huge squad, but it's not like we played Bournemouth and West Brom back to back (just Preston and Derby). All teams were playing under the same set of circumstances this week with the quick turnaround.

It would have been great to see out the win but a points ok. It’s the championship, it’s hard. We are still 4th. Enjoy the ride.

We are so close to being the real deal. Just taking chances when on top and cutting out silly goals.

My take on it is that we have a really good starting 11 and a really good plan A. We have lack of depth and Plan B and teams are now starting to figure us out.

I’m ecstatic with our start, but didn’t really expect to sustain it.

We’ve seen a lot of progress this season already , that’s all we need to maintain.

Which is what you’d expect to start happening, then it’s on the management to rise to the challenge. Unfortunately both games he has got the calls wrong-it happens, but hopefully this week some reflection sees a change in approach at least on the road.

I dont doubt that we are over achieving but to fall this hard this quick is just mad, why have we just lost composure in second halves

We drew away at a decent Blackburn side at their place. had one poor second half at PNE. then played pretty well yesterday against a side with 24 hours extra rest, and who had lost 3 out of 13 games. Hardly a 'fall, so hard, so quick'?

He has, an whether I agree with his changes or not - he’s at a stage where we haven’t got many other options. Ironically the one difference from last season is that we have 4 good striker options.

I expect us to beat Hull and we can go back to being in the clouds again

Before the international break we would have probably won all 3 of these games

Gyokeres - our key forward, was maimed in the Blackburn game (not anyone's fault but the ref that he didn't give us a penalty for the winner. MR held his hands up for the second half at PNE. Yesterday I put down partly to the extra day's rest Derby had, although again MR could have used the subs differently (hindsight and all that). Still thought it was a half decent performance yesterday.

Realistically though their goal came from our “offside” goal, so robbed! 😂😂😂

Games like Reading and Forest he got the subs spot on. Both games this week the changes were too late or the wrong ones. When the pressure’s cranking up and we’re not getting much of the ball we don’t need like for like changes, we need more in midfield. When Sheaf is fresh and playing well he doesn’t need taking off. End of the day all Moore had to do yesterday was pick the ball out of the net once…

You take the lead twice in a week you’d expect to see one of them home. Then again Blackburn probably feel the same and they’ve dropped 3-0 and 2-0 leads at home.

We’re a solid mid table team who had a good start is all.

that’s such illogical reasoning - we have one point out of 6 through poor tactical decision making - that’s nothing to do with being a mid table team
