That should work, worked for me. I think its the same issue as everyone else.

You have to click on buying 2 tickets. Then click on yours and then scroll down to click on his category.

Its not the most user friendly.

You assign it afterwards once you got 2 tickets in your basket.

I got that same message and kept refreshing and eventually it worked. Keep trying.
