You're not wrong. Cristiano Ronaldo is often hailed as the "G.O.A.T." (fair opinion for some) but those referencing his International scoring record as some kind of proof are miles off the mark. He just stat pads against awful nations, playing full 90s & racking up the goals against utter dross.

Only 25% of his goals are against teams in or anywhere near the Top 20 nations.
