Yeah after travelling to mostly northern away games the last 4 seasons, you realise how shite the CBS location really is and how hard it is to get to.

I'm starting to wonder if someone at the stadium wants there to be trouble. No trains to get Brum fans from the station in town to the ground. Not going to let them in the casino so you'll end up with them wandering around trying to find places locally. It doesn't seem like a great plan.

My Blues mates sitting with me in the home end. He can be a dick sometimes so I’m concerned about his reaction if they score. He’s a big unit but I will personally slap him if he gets a bit naughty.

The Hub Pub (on Google as Kyushu Grill) and the Bull and Anchor, both on Wheelwright Lane are usually fine with away fans as long as they’re not idiots

I too am a fan of the glacier mint, once accidentally gobbed one into the hair of a lady sat infront of me when celebrating a goal. 1 slight complaint though, they get super sticky if you think you can be sneaky and get a bag to last more than a week. Those toffee eclairs are good too.

Yes, actually. If you unwrap each humbug and place them all in a bowl, add a tiny bit of water and let them all soak for 5-7 minutes, once soaked drain away excess water, proceed to collect all soft humbugs in your hand, squeeze tightly to form a ball. Leave in the fridge over night. You now have a cricket ball sized humbug than can be used as you please. I use mine as a paperweight
I think it's more after the game. They want to have a drink while the crowds disperse and then get a later train.
