Why do we not sell tickets in 25/26 & 31/32?
Fill behind the goal first before opening the corners. Excited for the game tonight now, can’t beat a local derby under the floodlights.

28.5k would take our average up to 20k, just saying. In all seriousness after the WBA game we will probably be up to a 20k average

Won't be 28k.
I think 24k the club have predicted is about right. There will be a smaller home figure than the Derby game based on sales right now.
24k is a great gate for a midweek game on sky
I echo those sentiments and feel that promotion and consolidation in the championship at St Andrews have given us a platform which we may not have had at the Ricoh.@Stan_Drews enjoy the game tonight pal. I can’t and wouldn’t speak for every fan but I’m grateful for the treatment you gave us at a really difficult time in our history. At the very least, BCFC and it’s fans didn't make a bad situation even worse and make us totally unwelcome at St Andrews.

I've got the cold to kill all colds (not covid) so will be missing this one but I think I count anyway due to my ST
If anything, I’d say quite the opposite to bad parenting. Life’s about experiences, seeing and doing things you get the opportunities to do. Be a magical atmosphere for kids to witness and be part of. My kids were gonna come up with me, as they have many games but the tickets next to my ST seat had already been taken.
Just googled it, not nice is it?! Bit odd the story about it being designed for, and rejected by, Venezia and then ending up as your 3rd kit.One thing you’ll all have a good laugh at later is our 3rd kit which makes its ‘debut’ tonight live on TV FFS

Really dont feel sorry for local kids.
I feel so guilty. He has his mocks in a few weeks. So literally we leave our end at 4.30. Straight after school. Not feeding him till 10pm at Kushi (pre ordered grills) before they close.
Be lucky to get home until 1pm. He has school next day!
This game is a one off we keep telling ourselves. Got a feeling every game this seasons gonna feel like a one off!
All midlands mixed grills are epic. The mixed grill at Kushi is a thing of beauty.
Taking a break apparentlyWheres Evo.....he started this thread.
Nice of you to say mate and trust me a lot of things are said in jest. As a Brummie who worked in Cov for 10 years I am more than aware of it
I don’t buy in to the love yer own club means you have to hate everybody else theory. Personally for a lot of different reasons I have a lot of affection for Cov so was chuffed that we helped the team out. There was a rent paid I’m sure but that’s reasonable I’d say.
The only downsides to tonight’s game for me are the infrastructure issues and the fact that there is no doubt in my mind that we’ll play shit and lose
Apart from that I’m looking forwards to tonight, a real impressive size crowd and a great atmosphere
A few cans of Gold will sort you out!!Got my nowtv pass and a stack of lemsip ready to go

Yeah was tounge in cheek really. 25k today and against WBA would take us over 20k average

Well said pal, I’m happy to say when we are outplayed or well looked after on our travels.
Without going into all the details again, last time I checked, if you go out and pay for a good meal with great service, there’s nothing stopping you saying thank you for the great meal etc despite paying for it!
Blues fans could have kicked up a stink about us playing there for two seasons and made it really uncomfortable visiting St Andrews and the pubs around the area……but didn’t and let us get on with trying to navigate yet another troubled period.
Whilst I can’t speak for every pub that day, there was also a good atmosphere in the Roost when we inevitably met in the FA Cup and general sympathy to us that we had been shafted out of the Ricoh.
Annoyingly like you alluded to, the infrastructure and planning tonight is a disaster but rest assured that’s normal for everything related to the Ricoh! Walk to Wheelright Lane (towards the Hub) and get an Uber is my only recommendation other than trying to get an electric scooter back to Birmingham!

Agree with nearly everything you say, but it should be pointed out there were flashpoints at the cup games, the first one particularly, where Blues fans were trying to pick off our fans making their way back to New Street. Of course they were in the minority and we do well to remember that Blues fans on the whole were welcoming, but when it kicks off tonight as it most likely will at somepoint, we ought not to make it out to be more than it is, as it will still be a minority involved, horrible though it maybe for anyone unwittingly caught up in it.
