Good ball in and it does look like Moore is to blame but I think fadz has got to head it over the bar.
For me the goal is on him and no other

Think the commentary alludes to him possibly expecting that but always be decisive is the motto I think.

Not sure in all honesty, by the replays it looks as if he would’ve been in danger of heading it into his own net. It was a great ball in to be fair!

Ive watched it a couple of times and I think Moore thought MacFadz was going to head it and was flat footed when he didn’t there was fault element with both but there was also wind issues too.

Both were poor for Moore to concede. Ultimately he's not infallible. He has made mistakes and will make more. But he's far better than any keeper in recent history. And you see keepers make mistake at the top level. Only have to look at Allison for Liverpool the other week. McCarthy for Southampton yesterday.

Moore could have done better but I don't think they were absolutely horrendous errors. Certainly not the sort you get used to watching Wilson, Burge etc.. every week.

Moore definately to blame for 2nd..was trying to catch it at his midrift. Really poor that a striker is getting his boot in from a long cross that falls in 6 yard box.

Hes got to be coming out to that.and punching or catching it above head height.

Not as critical for first.

Theres every good view of Moores poor effort in bournmouth vlog which clearly shows hes caught on his heels...didnt anticipate the ball coming in at all.

Given how well Moore has been playing and the conditions yesterday I think we can forgive him a mistake.

Exactly what I was thinking Dave. Both keepers letting in goals direct from crosses probably tells us all we need to know...not easy conditions for keepers.

Moore let in 2 from crosses. Both he could have done something about.

Not sure their keeper could have done anything about Kane Goal?

Whether it was to blame or not. The wind did play a huge factor yesterday. There were a few long balls & headers that were held up because of it.

We were in line the with cross & my initial thought was keeper error (I didn't think he did too well with the 2nd at the time, but was further away from that), but I would draw a line though it myself.

Agree Moore could have done better for both goals, but he's been great this season and a major reason why we're even competitive in most games. I went back to take a look at last season's match Bournemouth and the 2nd goal Marosi conceded at his near post is far worse of a goalkeeping error.

At least Moore didn't exacerbate matters by diving in at Billing's feet and conceding a penalty when it was 2-0. Instead he guided him wife forcing him to take on a difficult effort from a tight angle. Certainly more difficult than from the penalty spot. If Wilson had been in goal he would have almost certainly clattered Billing, with us ending up 3-0 down with 10 men, and leaving us no chance of making our comeback. Goalkeepers will make the odd error but given his performances this season and the huge improvement from last season, Moore deserves to be forgiven yesterdays efforts.

Not the first time someone's wife has been forced to take it from a tight angle?
