Better without Hamer? (3 Viewers)

Evidently I’m not his biggest fan but I would happily double our money on him and get a better partner for Sheaf (who was superb again yesterday). I think atm I prefer Hamer to Kelly but you cannot question the results we have had without Hamer.

Hamer tends to be half a yard off the pace of a game which is why he gets booked so often. Either way from what I’ve heard I have a feeling he will be heading closer to Holland this year for reasons best not disclosed on a public forum.
I must of dreamt it, but I thought we were fucking shit without Hamer yesterday, and the game only changed when Bournmouth went down to 10 men.
The fact that they played on Wednesday and therefore we had an extra days rest and were able to bring fresh legs on was also pivotal in our ability to score 2 in the last 10 minutes.

But hey, if you choose to invent your own facts, good luck to you.

Hamer, Kelly, Sheaf is our best mix. They need to play together more often to form an understanding. Kelly was very good yesterday and whenever he gets forward he has a knack of creating something. Did that brilliantly yesterday and a great nutmeg.
Sheaf improving al the time, getting very dependable. Can't remember his last giveaway ball now! Hamer is the grid iron you need. He will tap ankles and let you know you're in for a tough game. Has that ability to score more and would like to see him venture forward more at times. Set pieces he are very good.

So you wouldn’t play O Hare or Jones?

Better with him in the side...BUT he isn't irreplaceable, i'd snap hands off for 5 million, lots of bargains out there that could see us improve and continue to grow.

Well if anyone really offered that you’d be telling him to sign the next minute

Check your likes to posts ratio and then tell me who is clueless. Clearly the forum can see I have a much better understanding of the game from you. All the clueless ones on this forum don’t live in cov and presumably don’t make many games. I’ll add you to that list

Your clearly on a wind up.

Fyi.

Me and my son have been to 95% of games home and away the last 7 years. Season ticket holders phase 1 elite lol. For last 7 years.

Only missed Grimsby, Yeovil and Crawley in league 2 season. Other than that i have ticked off close to 75 watching city.

I call it madness.

The draw yesterday was all down to Hamer not being there, and nothing to do with them having a player sent off at 2-0....we'd have lost had Hamer been playing.

I’m just glad Hamer was playing last Tuesday. Great draw at home to Birmingham. We’d never have got that point without him

He personally snatched a draw from the jaws of victory. It takes talent.

We have more than a few we could do without other than him. And if you want to improve the team you improve the bottom of your squad not the top..Hamer is someone you add to with equal or better quality, not be without and keep Shipley and Allen knocking about.

So your point is that no one who has ever left Cov can be a fan? just totally bizarre nonsense - please get some therapy - I speak as someone seriously concerned.

The only time you left was to go to Bedworth market

Hamer a key piece of a good squad but result wise if not there we still get results.
