Vs Yeovil Realistic Hopes? (3 Viewers)

Im going to the game tomorrow, but can't help but feel like its going to be really tough and getting a result will be very difficult. Am I the only person who thinks like this or is it just the sky blue mentality now?

So what does everyone think will we win tomorrow?

Realistically we can win. I'm hoping for a win. No idea what we'll get though!

I really hope we win, I really do. I think 2-0/3-0 depending on how we gel, but I have a nasty feeling we'll draw/lose

I'd be happy with a draw but hope we play for a win as it never goes well when we sit back. Interesting comment from Thorn in the fans forum about having to try and get through matches without losing last year with the squad he had and that this year they will be going out to win.

Wouldn't be surprised if we win, lose or draw. It's a tough one to call. if we take the risk of playing less than 100% match fit players, ie Fleck, Jennings, Barton, I think we will lose.

Have a bad feeling about this one, don't get me wrong i really hope they make me look an idiot. Let's get one thing clear this will not be a one off there are numerous clubs in this league of a similar stature that play a similar way to Yeovil and that will not allow us a second on the ball and play at 100mph, it all depends if we can match the effort and tempo as we deffinately have the quality!

Head says: Yeovil 3-1 Coventry
Heart says: Yeovil 1-2 Coventry

We have to go for it. A loss will put big pressure on the new boys and the younger ones.
Ex league 1/2 players really need to turn up tomorrow. Baker needs to find form as does Fleck.
A first league away win is vital and will take us on a high into the sheff utd game with a larger attendance!

A dirty, scrappy, ugly 2-0 win, with the scoreline flattering us and everyone wanting Thorn out despite the fact we'd won 2 from 2 because we didn't anihilate the opposition.

A tough welcome to league 1, but anything less than a victory cannot be accepted.

The earlier we get a win away from home the better. The away record last year will still be like a cloud hanging over the club in spite of all the new signings, so the sooner the players get the psychological boost of winning away from home the better. If we get into an early run of away defeats it could all unravel very quickly.

We might be talking about the win at Dagenham as the pivotal result of the season come May.

You know Norwich fired their manager after that game and appointed the one from the team who beat them...? Maybe Gary Johnson can take us through two promotions back to back!

We are the better team and should control the game. Think we will win this one. I'm going 3 - 1.

We'll face much better than Yeovil this season. 1-0 would be great. Really doesn't matter how we play, just need to get the first 3 points on the board.

I remember it well - my mate is a big cannaries fan and was near suicidal when Colchester thumped them .... 2 seasons later he was grinning like a cheshire cat!!!

Just shows one game is not going to define the season. However, you have to take appropriate actions after it like Norwich did.
