Is a 'library' and every city or town a 'shithole' and everyone's fans are 'fucking shit'. Including ours as the away fans at the CBS tell us so too.

Really is so cringeworthy and getting on my nerves a bit now. I get it at some places like Mansfield, which really is a genuine shithole or even MK Dons whose fans are fucking shit, but it's become a staple part of our repertoire.

We got the ball, we’ve lost the ball, is getting an airing at most stadiums now days, and it’s ridiculous, really shit.

Yeah, quite frankly it’s nauseating & shows how basic some people’s “banter” is. Going to nice cities or towns and calling it a shithole, whether ironic or not, is one for simpletons. I imagine some of the towns are probably the nicest places some of them have ever visited

To be fair, a lot of the time our style of play is making home support quieten down a bit.

As for yesterday, the scummy wankers were spitting at us and threw a few bottles at us, a couple of which at least was full of piss. I think that could just about, maybe, justify calling it a shithole.

I've told this story before but when we played Barnet some of our supporters were singing it as we walked down a tree lined street full of semi detached that would have started at at least 750k!

It shouldn’t be style of play which affects the atmosphere, I think we should always try and boost the team and create a fortress at the CBS as its more than possible, I love a bit of the atmosphere as you can probably tell

Walking up towards the turnstiles yesterday there was a few of ours singing that it was a shithole. A Hudds fan with a little kid stood nearby said “Fuck off home then”. 3 nearby coppers turned around and warned him for his retaliation. That’s tragic.

Also I’m sure that when I was a kid in the McD’s family stand, I could hear “Where’s Belinda gone?” (Chirpy chirpy cheep cheep) coming from the west terrace.

Didn't you moan about the fans the other week aswell ? Seems you've an issue with our support Rob mate

Support was excellent again yesterday , as backed up by Huddersfield fans

Not sure what that was, but no problem with our support and I love a good atmosphere, never stopped singing just rather support ours than song shit about theirs.

On a seperate note , I did like their stadium
I liked the unusual shape instead of the normal bowls that are modern, but wish they'd given us the end and moved their lot at the side into the other side. Would've made theirs look fuller and given us a bigger allocation. I reckon they over sold on the gate too as it seemed too many in and no real gaps

Really? easily the worst of the new builds, facilities were awful.

never been but I do remember when they built it they had looked at the glut of recently built stadiums and try to ensure they didn't replicate a lot of the common faults, obviously going by Martys comments they weren't 100% successful.

Every away ground we've been to this season has been a library though?

One of biggest shitholes I’ve been to watching football, was the area around your old ground, their was a prostitute stood touting for business on the way out. Really run down shit hole.

Yes , it wasn't the greatest of areas , still isn't

Ironically I felt like their fans next to us were atleast semi vocal .. the rest were dire this season so far .. especially blackburn , Preston and Hull

Open air concourse, 1 refreshment kiosk, only 4 turnstiles, relatively small toilets. Felt like it was done on the cheap. was down some random side road and felt isolated as fuck, made the area around the CBSA seem like a hive of activity.

Very undecided on whether I liked the design or not.

On the fan side of things, there was a guy well into his 40’s in front of me arguing with 4 kids in the bottom corner of the home end. He was mainly targeting the ginger one. And the guy behind me talked the game to death like they do for two hours after a PL game on Sky:

“Shouldn’t have done this, should have done that, we don’t move the ball quick enough, get it forward ffs! Ohhh shouldn’t have passed that, look, that’s why we’re getting nowhere, ohhh poor decision, good ball! No not back to the keeper, ffs better Sheaf! No that’s not good enough, come on Robins sort it out, is that Gyokeres warming up, is he injured? I don’t think he’s coming on, he’s injured, we can’t keep playing that kind of ball to Godden on his own, oh what’s the point in Walker? When’s Waghorn back?”

It went on and on.

Certainly better than the three you've mentioned, plus Sheffield United who were horredous, but they were still very quiet.

About 15 lads dressed in black at the front and a drum tried but the rest of them didn't join in.
