Groundhog Day for me. Playing alright but Kelly too close to the back 3 and passes backwards before even looking up. O’Hare excellent until he had a free shot 8 yards out. Godden and Walker is like playing with two individual strikers, there’s no partnership there. Feel we miss Hamer at home. Makes some silly mistakes but the only one who passes forwards with any urgency.

Need to up the tempo. If our bench is better than theirs we need to run them ragged and either bring on subs against tired legs or see how their inexperience fairs.

We should. There’s nothing to fear in their play. Just needs more urgency and faster progression from midfield and a bit more composure in the final 3rd.

Kelly is not the player we need tonight, he barely gets out of his own half and 70% of his passes are backwards.

He doesn’t even look up. Throttles the play while looking like he’s done the right thing.

Allen needed to run forwards. Gyokeres needed to cause all sorts of trouble and keep hold of the ball. It's glaringly obvious imo.
I think Robin's thought two wing backs attack and two forwards will get on it...that has not worked. Must change. This lot are their for the taking, lets not give them time to grow and think they have a chance for goodness sake. It would be woeful negligece if we fail to win this.

It's all very well saying 18 days without a game has messed with us, but we need to focus and get the win. Step up the effort.
