They aren't. We'll settle for staying up comfortably because the league is a joke.

It'll be interesting next year if Sunderland are up and nobody is docked points.
Christ you're pre-empting us staying up and then battling relegation next season. Optimism is alive and well.

Lots of excuses from Robins.

To think we can get to the play offs with this squad is absolute fantasy. We need 3 or 4 decent additions to be thinking like that, over to the owners.

Oh Clint - unless you've got about £6m-10m to spare you can't expect to pick up 4 decent players, and unless you've just sold a Brereton for £20m or are in receipt of parachute payments, no club in the league can do that (much as we'd like it to be us)

Pitch was poor tonight. Gradually been getting worse but there were some real bobbly patches. That didn't help. Dread to think what it will be like in a few weeks.

Yes - was going to mention that, Doesn't bode well if we have more bad weather.

That’s just not true. We’ve picked up decent players for a lot less than £2.5m a piece and are only using two loan slots.

Honest, yes. However, the problems he's complained about have been clearly worse for Millwall.

Sounds like it's been quite shit for us too , 11 trained together, then players put in and out , close contacts , few players out for a week ... just all over the show tbh and definitely a possible factor into the performance

Grendel is preparing “listen must hear me out” part 6 as we speak
I'm sure you'll be holding his hand as he writes it. Honestly some of the crap that gets posted on here is bewildering. Poor run, we ain't played for weeks, poor result. We're still doing ok man. Let's not go OTT.

The club have been backed exceptionally by the fans, beyond what was budgeted for and we've had a good run of televised games with a fee for the lad poached by Villa. We're not talking £10 million more, just something. Instead we get the owners charging more interest so we remain mired in debt to them.

Robins really needs help and the people above him just won't provide it.

Kane had his worst performance by a mile, truly shocking. But i also have to agree re: Maatsen, he looks so dangerous but just isn't. His final pass and decision making is pretty poor. He rarely gets himself into the crossing positions, and has this habit of cutting inside and narrowing play.

Kane was truly dreadful but he kept showing and was putting in some dangerous crosses.

I'd rather have a player who worries the opposition, puts them on the back foot and creates space for our other players.

Than someone who the opposition feel comfortable defending against but can put a few decent crosses over 90 minutes.

Whatever it's been like for us it was similar if not worse for the opposition.

I said to my pals today we will get done tonight,I’ll take staying up again this season...plenty of football left to play and the January window is fast approaching,I think we will bring in 1-2 shrewd signings

The big positive this season has been the support of the team. I get why people are frustrated and p8ssed off about today's result and the second half performance, and i know this is a forum where people can laud and vent, but not sure the team deserve the vitriol. I accept our form has obviously dipped, but expecting us to have gone from battling relegation to top 6 is a very high benchmark. We need to upgrade but it will probably take another season or two if all goes well (and that is no guarantee). This is not me accepting of anything with regards to league position, but expecting / demanding top 6 is a bit harsh if used as a measure of success/failure.

What was said
Spoke sense that training been disjointed etc but near end he was like there was a split in camp and can't say if it will improve or something like that

Also said Viktor one of only players to fully train yet he didn't start him??

If that's all you aim for every season you'd better make sure you get it every time.
