Personally I think there are better ways, but I'm not affected and it doesn't hurt me, so seconds, 9 fkn seconds. It took you longer to post the thread and each of us to respond. People who use the word 'woke' as a negative demonstrate that they understand little about politics and culture. Woke basically just means being nice and inclusive to people regardless of difference. To describe standing up to racism as 'virtue signalling' is utterly offensive. If you announce that you are against this gesture you are the problem and you prove to the rest of us that we must continue to fight against the racists. As for people talking about 'lefties' as if it's an insult.....
