We've not been any better since their goal tbf...

Oh, not using it as any excuse by any means. It's on us to do better with our chances. Just frustrates me when we come up against a team that knows all the little tricks and the ref falls for it every time.

If we had put away our chances in the first half this would be a different game. Always give away goals against the run of play. Idiots.

Ah well , 3 very rough games out the way , we took 3 points should really have took 7 atleast .. big month is February , although I fear we are destined for upper mid table .

I really don't know what we're playing at. So negative, then when we go forward we hoof it out of play/foul their players.

Something seemed odd today, almost betting patterns odd.

Another foul given away. Fucking dog shit and happened about 5 times. Why isn’t anyone telling them to hold off a bit? Playing right into their game plan since going behind and it’s embarassing

Dissapointing result but a good performance for me. We do seem to lose out selves a bit when concede tho which needs to be looked at.

But these guys one of most inform teams in England and imo we were better. Bodes well in the long run

If we can get kane and or dabo back I think we will have a good February.

I think we've played pretty well today, I'd go as far as to say as well as we could play with the players available.

We desperately miss a player that can consistently play a quality pass in the final 3rd. I know I've said it before but O'Hare would be brilliant in that box midfield with a player that that can unlock a defence with a quick bit of skill and a killer pass or finish a chance himself. Until we get that, we'll struggle to kill teams off as we just don't have the composure in our front 3 to score enough of the many half chances we create.

Gutted we've lost but not angry about it when the team have more or less played to their potential away from home.

That's what makes it so frustrating though, and it's an all too familiar pattern. We so often play well, but don't make the most of it and get punished. It happens too much.
