O'Hare is a Burden on the Team (2 Viewers)

You just seem less bothered about other players missing their chances today? You haven't mentioned these players by name?
Because this thread is about O’Hare…

Gyokeres has wasted multiple chances today and was poor. Happy?

More chances than the home game, higher possession and some people are using the result as some sort of ‘gotcha’ :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

We missed him today but you can't be proven right or wrong on one game. He played in the home tie when they beat us and also played the whole 90 mins when Luton thrashed us 5-0. We had enough chances to win the game today.

Ask yourself Nick. Today was clear proof that O'Hare is not a burden on this team.

Are you still questioning whether he should be dropped?
I disagreed with burden. I also said we have nobody else to play in the formation without him because we chose to sign bright.

Likewise from the other side its making out we got hammered because O'Hare wasn't playing. In reality in the home game they dominated us and we created even less.

While we didn't get hammered because of O'Hare, it was remarkably evident that without him we lose the press and spark in that position.

Had he missed the chances Gyökeres and Waghorn missed today, he'd have been crucified.

We got dominated by them at home even with the press and spark as well.

We had more possession and created more chances today.

That's because we spent the majority of the game losing. Swansea didn't break sweat.

In fairness he misses chances like those every week but people blindly defend him. That's the main reason this thread exists.

Were we better without him today? Absolutely not. However, the biggest issues we faced were the midfield and defence taking valium, Robins being inept tactically, and us spooning chances when presented. None of those things he would have improved.

I genuinely just feel sorry for people that paid to go there today. It was a very weak performance and there are quite a few players that weren't anywhere near good enough.

Gyökeres, Shipley and Allen have missed an awful lot more chances than O'Hare in the last 3/4 months.

Made enough decent chances to score more than Swansea.

More possession then the home game too.
That’s correct and why we need the addition of better players to go with our current better players but will Robins be given the go-ahead to do that, I have my doubts.

Gyokeres missed two or three today but I don’t go over the top re: that, strikers have days when they miss chances at least he’s getting there to miss them.

Are you really saying O'Hare hasn't missed chances?

He's had a few saved well. Besides the Bristol city one, can't of his last sitter, it's been a while. Probably Huddersfield the last real stinker of a miss like Gyökeres/Shipley misses.
