Derby - General decent fans at home.
West Brom - toxic and now half empty.
Birmingham fans - Been rubbish for the last 4/5 years. Half open stadium.
Fulham - Eating cheeseboards.
Stoke - Gone down hill from their PL days.
Forest...

I was about 5 seats away and I genuinely have no idea. The older one said something to someone, they didn't like it, had a bit of a scrap and then they got removed!
Was this just before the game actually kicked off?

I’m a veteran of the old West End in the early 1970s (I was only a kid) and at times in there you couldn’t hear yourself think but the concrete overhang of the West Stand meant most of the noise stayed in there and could hardly be heard anywhere else.
This season the noise in the corner is incredible, easily the best ever, and standing in block 15 is great fun

Actually the only ground I've been to this season where the home fans made some decent noise.

They couldn't work it out when we were 4-0 down getting battered and wouldn't stop singing twist and shout though.

How drunk were you ? We only lost 3-1 !!

Forest - That will be an atmosphere !

And if things go to plan over the next couple of weeks could be the biggest game of the season.

If we can beat Hull and Derby, I fancy us to beat Blackburn. A loss at Forest wouldn't necessarily derail us (provided the previous results are positive)

Big game, if we don’t I hope Forest go up they will be a serious threat next season.

If they don't go up. they won't have Brennon Johnson, Djed Spence, and Keinan Davis is only on loan, as is Garner. They'll have to rebuild.

Amazing up there these days love it, I sit block 16 take my right year old daughter and its great to see a mix of all ages young and old singing there hearts out
Something special and a sight you rarely see in the modern game 💙

This is something I noticed in the picture the club posted yesterday. It is quite diverse, not just young blokes. Good to see.

I’d like to see a breakdown of which end we score at most, I sit the other end of the ground and it feels like all the goals happen shooting towards singers Corner.

Think someone posted it not long back and we've scored significantly more down towards the corner.

Will be a right scramble for tickets at Forest, i'm sure their allocation is only 2000.

Fortunate to get Derby tickets as they made it to general sale. But even with Forest being midweek, if we keep picking up wins i can see Forest tickets going very quickly.

I was up there today too.
SU fans loud in first 10. Was interested to see how our lot were from that side with 4.5k away fans in-between - and they did not dissapoint! OHare song probably loudest one. Really good sound, more than likely helped by performance.

On a rather more dissapointing note, there was some embarrassing behaviour from some of our "fans" up there.
A couple of SU fans stood and applauded their goal - nothing ridiculous and fine, corporate seating etc.... but when we equalised, a group of 6/7 diots ran accross a block from their box and surrounded the two SU fans, abusing, getting in their face etc.
Embarrassing and neanderthal like behaviour- and when I asked what they thought they were doing and pointed out their embarrassing behaviour, their reaction... one of me (plus my 72 year old dad!) a few of them, was equally embarrassing!
Just don't get it!!....
Do you know what I don’t get. You calling out Cov fans embarrassing and neanderthals. Away fans should not be in the Cov end and last time I checked, corporate is for home fans only. If away fans want to go in, don’t take the piss and jump up and cheer especially so early on. If I went into a home end and started to jump up when we scored, I’d expect a reaction. No-one was threatened or hurt, they were lucky to be fair. As for Sheffield United fans, strange bunch to say the least. Cut throat gestures, proper cringe.

Used to be about 4k away allocation but they've gave half the end to home fans, would like to go to this but will struggle being a phase 2 member

We're you there!?
Trust me.... it was embarrassing.
The guy stood up... pretty much it.
Would you say 5/6 city fans rushing accross half a block to goad/harass/get in the face of one SU fan was not threatening!!
Yep... embarrassing behaviour.
If you were there... embarrassing behaviour - or "proper cringe" as you put it!

Yes I was there. So I know exactly what happened.

So your changing this story of yours now. Originally you said 2 now it’s one person. When in fact it was 3 fellas. All 3 jumped up when they scored. It’s an unwritten rule that you don’t jump in the home end and if you do, then expect consequences. You must really be a right melt if you felt celebrating in someone’s face is threatening.

Simple matter of the story is - it’s a no no to cheer in a home end, no matter where your sat and your antagonising fans if you do so.
Your sticking up for United fans over city and ignoring the fact United fans were doing cut throat gestures to cov fans… and you call yourself a cov fan 😂

One guy stood up - wouldn't call that antagonising fans...he was with another guy who remained seated, unclear as to whether he was a City fan or a SU fan.

He certainly did not do any cut throat gestures. Guessing that was from a few of the 4.k below us.

Melt.... good one....
Expect consequences- really... for standing up in quite a sparsely populated area....

If you were there, you saw (and quite possibly were one of) the 5 or so that ran accross half a block to get in the face of the guy - now THAT is intimidating and antagonistic and again embarrassing! - a bit different from standing up!!!

Not sticking up for a SU fan. Just pointing out ridiculous, and quite frankly, not needed behavior from some of ours - sadly.

If you can't see the difference between standing up in an area that on that particular day, had a wide range of people from all over, and running over and ganging up on a guy, then there is no hope.

You starting to make up this now? There were 3 fellas all Sheffield United fans. They jumped up when they scored in what is a home section of the ground. You’ve now gone from 6/7 Cov lads to 5 lads going over now. Your story changing like the wind…

Standing up! Fuck sake, they jumped up and cheered when United scored. You don’t do it, simple as that! You really can’t grasp that then you haven’t got a clue how a football fan mentality works. Maybe wasps is better suited for you eh.

No hope? Well, if we have no hope, why don’t we carry this conversation in the corporate on Wednesday evening

Love to see you try and go to another ground in the home end and cheer if city score. See what happens to you then. For you to come on here and slag Cov fans off is embarrassing. Sad and pathetic.

Totally agree with this.

I can’t make every game, so can pick and choose where I sit. Have been in block 15 and 16 several times this season and the atmosphere is electric.
What I noticed yesterday was the mix of ages, lots of kids, and a lot of female fans, the mix is great to see.

The noise and support throughout this season from our fans has been excellent, and Singers corner has been immense.

Enjoy the game on Wednesday.
I'll be back over the other side.
You are very lucky to be over in the corporate area each week.
Just a real shame that behaviour like that takes place over there - it is very different an away fan being up there compared to being sat in the standard home end.
FYI, there were a few City fans that went to apologise and see if the guy was OK - some decency there.

I have no experience of Corporate areas but I had this fantasy that they were a mixed population of civilised uncommitted spectators and there was no such concept as a "home end"

I celebrated our goal in the corporate area at Brighton in the cup game and nothing whatsoever happened.

I did when we beat Man U at old Trafford in the Dowie era

I did the dining and sitting in the corporate area a few weeks ago. The noise coming from singers was awesome. The misses even mentioned it a few times (she's an arsenal fan so take that with a pinch of salt 🤣🤣).
