I got off the train at Crewe today having arrived from Derby, the platform was jammed with hundreds of Bolton fans just waiting for the train home, all singing "twenty goals Bakayoko", which I heartily joined in with - brilliant, well done lad!

Due to his injury issues he's mostly been used as a (very effective) impact sub.
8 league goals in 1230 mins, many of which have been playing wide rather than as an out & out striker too.
NPG/90 of 0.59 which is exceptional.
Even Godden is only 0.55 NPG/90.

I know I’ve waffled before about this but there seems to be a lack of belief amongst our strikers and attacking mids.
How many times do we see Allen or O’Hare make a pass when there’s an opening rather than have a shot?
Stat-folk, is there anything to back this up?
Self-belief is a huge thing in all walks of life. I’d recommend getting someone in to deal with the issue. We have a great coaching team but there’s always an opportunity to reflect and develop. I think the potential rewards outweigh the costs.
