You mean the last caller, don't you?

No, there was a guy that said summit stupid. But the guy that was on about his Kids and Grandkids having more passion for the club was spot on, passionate and itching to let out his true feelings but probably would have been :censored: or cut off. It's just frustrating that we are where we are, and still we can't be a successful team :thinking about: :(

You will do well. That is diplomacy of political proportions.

It was me, and i care,

despite 46 years of support, the team have only ever delivered in 1 or 2 seasons.

My user name has real meaning!!

During those 46 years i've waited outside various newsagents awaiting the arrival of 'The Pink'. I,ve been let down with regard to a ticket on the eve of Cup final day, with no chance of redeeming the situation.
I have a season ticket, my kids have a season ticket and my grand kids have season tickets. That has been the situation for years, mostly mind-numbingly shit years.

The 'Pink' was an essential publication in those days as there was no internet, and very few media outlets that would belittle themselves by discussing anything CCFC based.

Regardless, that is the most quiet Stuart has remained for some time.

I have earned that rant, eloquent or otherwise.

I hope that you enjoy many happy years supporting Coventry City.

It was also the 1st and probably the last occasion that i shall call.

Thank you. From someone who used to stand on the Spion Kop as a wee lad under the watchful eye of his Father, who travelled to just about every ground in the lower leagues before and during the Jimmy Hill times, thank you for having articulated with such controlled passion just how I feel today. A quiet rage, a sadness.

I count myself among the last of the crowd to shout any manager out. (I can't believe how long I stood up to be counted for Strachan). But: Andy, sincerely, thanks for giving it a try, but you've lost half the team, and the rest need something more.

Sir. I feel your pain. There are not many left who are prepared to shout from the roof tops. I'm hurting after today. It's not just a mental hurt. Even one of ours in Mr Linnell can defend some of the inept performances of the last 2 seasons. I honestly admire that loyalty. I don't understand it, but I do admire it!!

Thanks for your PM. I appreciate your sentiments.

Emotions ran very high yesterday.

Of course, unlike a poor relationship, we can never severe the ties with our club. It's a drug and a lot of us are hooked.

I hear today that Andy Thorn has been relieved of his duties.

I wouldn't wish unemployment on anyone. I wish he could have remained as a scout.

I think, that the job proved beyond him and i wish him well.

I shall be there again dutifully on Tuesday with renewed and probably misplaced optimism.

I like your style 6 generations, this might sound a bit sad but it's 45 years through the good and bad, mostly bad for me. Had my first season ticket when i was three, taken by my parents from birth but two big to sit on dads knee. Still got the season ticket and still take my elderly dad. You see many dont understand its in the blood aint it mate, not just a fad or a passing trend, its for life. I thank all the managers and players over the years for at least attempting to bring success, some brilliant, some good, some bad and some bloody aweful. At least they all took time to be part of our club and apart from some dodgy owners all have meant well. It's time for all us true sky blue supporters to get behind the team.
