i'm against them but to be fair, i think this season they've done a decent job and actually funded us for once!

I am sure the wage bill is down, they've changed bonuses in contracts, they have paid one nominal fee and they haven't paid the rent. Possibly their least funded season so far.

But you said they'd 'funded' us, which suggests putting money in. I think they've made more cuts and have not added more financially.

THE only thing funding us a the moment are ,Ticket sales,Commercial income ,Player sales and the Empty escrow account ,we're on our own Sunshine.

Funded us? Oh dear.

We have signed aload of players on free contracts, having released higher earners like Clingan,Keogh,Eastwood,Crainie. They've probably put less in this season than ever before.

Relegated club in 'having to cut costs' shocker!

The positive thing was they seemed to at least give Thorn and Waggott a set budget. In the past it's been Dulieu coming on the radio saying 'I've asked them for the money and they've given me it now so we can sign someone'. This season they seem to have actually said 'here's what you can spend on wages, here's what you can spend on transfer fees and other costs' and then allowed Thorn and Waggott to wheel and deal accordingly.

And as I said, it's no surprise that our League 1 budget is less than we were spending in the Championship.

Does anyone think we run at a profit? Assuming we all think no who do you think keeps paying the bills? (rent aside?) I think SISU Are far from perfect but someone is putting money in it is how that is spent that is the key and Fisher seems to have realised it needs to be spent on players and the academy. Next he will realise it might need to be spent on the management team if things do not drastically improve. PUSB

We have the second largest wage bill in the league despite the cost cutting but people are convinced we are turning in a profit and genuinely believe there are no losses to fund. It beggars belief that people are that naive.

Probably the same idiots who think we should go and play at Butts Park, a 'stadium' not fit for league football with a capacity of 3957 with no prospect of being expanded even temporarily because it would require a lengthy planning wrangle that would end in failure anyway. So, after you give away fans the compulsory 10% you have around 3500 spaces for city fans, meaning we'd have to LOCK OUT nearly half our season ticket holders and REFUND them and then carry on for the rest of the season with our only substantial income being from 400 or so away fans every other week. There are idiots who actually think this would be good for the club. That is what you are up against so it really isn't worth bothering to waste your breath.

FAO People slagging Sisu off.

Do you not realise that if they stopped funding us we wouldn't have another game this season. Game over.
I'm not pro sisu but get some perspective.
