Regardless wether this is true or not , I think there's going to be interest this summer surely ?

What price would you take if we had to sell ?

There will definitely be interest for sure.

If he goes to Norwich he'll get 10 goals and 10 assists next year minimum

I was always under the impression Smith wasn’t the biggest fan of O’Hare and that’s why O’Hare left as Smith had pretty strong views if you aren’t in the first team by like 19 then you are wasting your time.

Maybe Smith sees the move was the right one but I feel O’Hare may have some sore feelings probably being like oh you want me now but not before sort of thing.

If we could get £10m for him and buy Twine with the money I’d say yeah go for it, we have to accept we are a selling club but if the deal is right and we get the right replacement I’ll live with it

Need to hold out for at least £8m. I don’t necessarily think he’s worth that but he’d be so difficult to replace because of his set of attributes.

Not surprised by the interest

They'll be looking to back up automatically, Dean Smith knows him for Villa days and commercially know what Norwich are like to deal with

Presumably he’d replace rather than compliment Cantwell, they’re similar players. Think he’s been in and out the side this season but always thought he was a clear class above the championship.

I think in today's market with inflated prices on player fees I genuinely feel anything less than 8/9 million would be disappointing. He's building a decent reputation and Ive seen equivalent or less calibre players bought by other clubs for more than that.

Cantwell’s problem his diving only works in the championship.

For anybody else £6 million for Norwich the price is £10 million they have the parachute money, they talk about selling Aaron’s for way over the top price and then expect us to give them players for next to nothing.

I would take £9 million plus McCallum😉

Inevitable there will be interest, but it’s absolutely pivotal we do all we can to keep him.

I think he has a real affiliation for the club too, and while money talks, hopefully that at least stops him attempting to push through any moves/jumping at the first chance.

Also, a move to another Championship club isn’t necessarily all that. We keep the big three and add a few, we’ll 100% be challenging next year. Why walk away from that? Unless - back to an earlier point - the money offered is another level.

They rejected 16 million for Aaron's

I’d say a yo yo club like Norwich is pretty much the ceiling of his ability tbh

I really don't see us taking £5m.

Whilst clearly we aren't one of the big boys we're in a different place to when we sold the likes of Bayliss, Maddison, Wilson etc

We're fighting for the Championship playoffs. If someone wants one of our star players they need to pay the going rate. That isn't 5 million.

I wouldn't take any price, but I am prepared to blow up Norwich!

I bet they’d consider £5m up front plus £2m on promotion plus a % of sell on etc. shouldn’t though.
