What are they on?! They have some ridiculous bets for our next manager:

4/1 Megson
14/1 MICKY ADAMS:facepalm:
14/1 Di canio
16/1 Redknapp & Mcleish (please no)

Who is seriously going to put any money on Redknapp being our next manager.

Megson. One manager I wouldn't support.

IF, and i think it is a big if we go outside the club for our next manager and it is a provern one my money would be on mad Mick but of course wages and transfer policy become an issue. McCarthy is the best out of work manager at getting teams promoted, not sure about his premiership ability but we are a long long way from that.

Mccarthy would never stoop down to League 1, he has said that himself

In would take mcleish any day but we have to be realistic, wages and all. I have no problem with megson personally and would love di ca io but he wouldn't move.

Are you mad? Any supporter who watches week in week out would probably start cutting themselves if we had to watch Mcleish's football every week

I heard the betting is very close, but at the moment it is Gareth Southgate by a nose.

On another note, I think we will all need to take the next management appointment in context. The names there will not come to us unless we pay, we cannot do that. Personally I think we will get a up and coming manager...

They have a few names not mentioned on here- uwe rosler, Steve Davis of Crewe, micky Mellon of fleet wood and dean holdsworth of aldershot

A rumour posted on here suggested we're being taken over in the next few weeks and SISU have been instructed to clean up their mess on the way out the door. Thorn was part of their mess so he had to go. If this were true (which I have no evidence to believe it is) then I wonder just what else can be considered SISU's mess??

I'm thinking Southgate will get it personally or Davis but the issue of money is always a decider is it not :/

Please not Megson or Micky Adams or Di Canio or Redknapp or Mcleish. Who the f**k devised this list?
Megson is 100% more negative and miserable than AT. Micky Adams is not much better. Di Canio is a pr**k, as is Mcleish, and Redknapp only goes somewhere he's got pots of gold to spend. I obviously don't take the last two seriously.

Kevin Blackwell appears to be favourite for the job according to the Daily Mail. I hope this isn't true, it would be a shocking appointment. He hasn't got a clue about football, only the kick and rush stuff. The man didn't like Britton and Dyer because they liked to pass the ball. Look at them now! Playing great stuff for Swansea in the premier.

Still has a better win ratio than any other manager we have had for a while

Team Nat From To Record G W D L Win %
Leeds United 1 June 2004 20 September 2006 - 114 44 37 33 38.60

Luton Town 27 March 2007 16 January 2008 - 47 16 10 21 34.04

Sheffield United 14 February 2008 14 August 2010 - 125 53 36 36 42.40

Di canio would no leave swindon, Blackwell is not good enough and Southgate would not motivate the players.. Mac would want to much money, Shaw is what we have just got rid of, Adams been that done it failed. For me all points to Dyche or a Paul Tisdale type of manager.. Outside bet Gary Johnson
