tbf Paxman was expecting to be in the top two all season so we’ve already fallen beneath his standards
Last place in squad between Tayo or Doyle. Would not be shocked same starting 11 with MR giving those players a chance to put a slow start right from last week.
MR needs a plan . Surely won't play Allen as a 10 again. There was nothing happening between midfield to attack. Not sure how he's going fix this one. Wish we had Pritchard
Depends whether or not he is fully fit. I expect the same side unless Dabo or Palmer are fit enough to start.
I reckon this will be a convincing win. Three or four nil. Can feel it in my bones. Last week's performance and Adi Viveash's bellowing will have blown the cobwebs away.
Silly question but can Tayo play as a AM like Maatsan. Then perhaps him and Allen behind Gyokeres
Maatsan was a WB.The kid hasn't started a single league game at any level in man's football. Can see Robins easing him in gently and not sure Palace would want him playing out of position

From his clips he looks more like a speed merchant who knocks it past people down the wings rather than close control and forward passing. Maatsen played CM and WB as a youth, I think Adaramola has only ever played WB.

Did he? Seemed complete hyperbole from Sky, the way they were going on about him. I focused more on us not being able to hold on to the ball in the first half. We were slow, too. But 2nd half, with the changes, it was nearly all us.

I thought he played well. He'd suit our game actually. Swap him for Allen last week (who did nothing) and we'd of won.

Pritchard is a good player but it is a stretch to say he ran the show
They had an extra man in midfield in the first half so he had time to get on the ball. Once we changed things in the second half he vanished then got substituted.
