deffo going to this any northern based skyblues need a lift , i will be happy to oblidge
Im absolutely buzzing about this! Repeat of old trafford 11 thousand strong Sky Blue Army
11,000 'fans'. At least a couple of thousand who haven't been to a game in a long while (ironically probably since that Old Trafford game). Sorry to sound dispondant about 'support' but it is true we will have a lot of band wagon supporters!
Just a good job season ticket holders get priority I suppose.
I'll be going by coach I think. Had it been a weekend, train and tube would have been a must!

Well, if it's anything like our attendances over the last 18 months then I presume there won't be many there. :thinking about:
Anyone who works normal hours would be hard pushed to get to north London by 7.45. Wouldn't even consider it myself. Part timers, students and the work shy only?
With some jobs it is impossible to choose days off ... So that leaves a hefty percentage of fans out.If I get tickets I will be booking the day off!!

Maybe from Coventry but not from Dudley where I live. Just checked, last train back leaves Euston at 5 past 9. So that's 2 season tickets that will not be going. It's an hour to Euston on the train and no more than 20 mins to Highbury & Islington tube. It would take longer to get to Leicester, Derby or Nottingham on the train.
Possible ticket prices maybe??
"The Club operate a category system for ticket prices (A + B), whereby the most popular games cost more to watch. Category A games are: Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur & Manchester City. Category B prices are shown below in brackets.
Away Fans:
Adults £51 (£35), Over 65's/Under 16's (£25.50) £17.50."
This info is for league games though, could be slightly different for a cup game but you'd think an adult wouldn't have to pay anymore than £35 judging by that.

As someone who only goes to a few games a season I'm looking forward to a good day out. I think I've served my appreniceship over the years and I won't feel too guilty about going even though I'm clearly not as good a fan as some of you!!!!!!!
I have a life outside CCFC, a family and a budget, nit to mention time. I'm fortunate that I get to go to home games so sorry if this disappoints some of you diehards who don't like being part of a well supported team because it makes you less exclusive.
I doubt there will be anymore than 3,000 going. It'll take a lot more than a game at Arsenal to bring back the missing thousands.

Seriously? This won't even make general sale.
