I hope todays result will now stop all this talk of them managing the side, we need an experienced manager to have a chance of moving this club forward.

It's the first corner coming in the 90th minute that irks me.

That tells you all you need to know about the level of the performance.

To be honest what does it mattter who manages these bloody no-hopers. What manger has made a real difference since snozz? just sick of raised hopes for 24 hrs and then misery for 3 months.

Seems whoever is in charge we only playfor a few minutes a game. Something is very very wrong with this club. We need a nasty bastard in charge to shit the players up !!

Worst thing is whoever comes in, can't bring their own team in, and put their own stamp on the club.

Can't see this season being anything but mid-table.

Next decent performance will probably be at the Emirates.

I hope part of the player's wages are based on performance (or, in today's case, lack of). Simply not consistent enough game to game or even within games. 3 points from 12 and 17th place after 4 games. And to think people were expecting us to crush the likes of Yeovil (who won again today!).

Fooking depressed.

We desperately need a manager with drive and experience. We keep placing faith in managers new to the job and look where we are. What was that quote from Einstein earlier in the week? Insanity is when we repeatedly do the sans thing with the expectation of different results

If you look at the managers we've had over the past 15 years, you'll see that there is no consistency to the theory.

Well we were relegated under strachan and then thorn and in between we mainly had newbie managers with little experience. Reid was an exception to the rule

No doubt Strachan had lost towards the end of his regime, but a rookie manager kept Coventry City in the Premier League for a few seasons. Equally, Nilsson and Black, both fairly inexperienced, did very well. Yet Thorn and McAllister (rookies), Boothroyd, Reid, Coleman and Adams (experienced) didn't really distinguish themselves.

I'm not saying that an experienced manager can't work, but I see no reason why an inexperienced manager couldn't do well too. There ain't any guarantees.
