He does exactly what he's supposed to do. If the pass is on he plays it, if not he ensures we retain possession rather than forcing it like Hamer or just lumping it aimlessly like Kelly.

Not saying he's terrible but he does slow our pace at times when he doesnt need to. If he didn't he probably wouldn't be playing for us.

Can anyone genuinely name 3 t
Based on what? He’s not even in proper training yet - I reckon it’ll be December by the time he’s able to play again, then he has to get up to fitness.

I thought we had a club quote/Robins saying after international break? May have just seen RT hearsay though, tbh I can't remember where I heard that.

Disappointed.

Once again when we actually turn up we’re good, we just didn’t do it until the the changes and we actually tried to be offensive.

Negativity doesn’t suit us; same shit every year.

We turned up as we went 4 3 3 and ignored a midfield that was outplayed - at half time you said we need to play the ball better

All of our players give the ball away but for some reason Sheaf is held to higher standards - if he didn’t ever give the ball away, I doubt he’d be playing in the Championship.
I think you should re-read the post I specifically said I can overlook the odd stray pass as he's a championship player...

That’s a deeply disappointing result. Sounds as if the ref was wearing Claret tinted specs from the offset, but we just seem so aimless and discordant.

Goals have already dried up, which is a concern.

Can’t see why MR is persisting with the system he’s playing, as it’s just not working without O’Hare to link the midfield and attack.

We’re 10 games in and we’ve managed to beat a dire Middlesbrough team so far. For me, personally, it’s troubling. It feels like we’ll be clawing for results for the result of the campaign. 😑

Poor all over that. Tactics awful first 60, just let them play and that’s always going to lead to a goal. Never supported the forwards with options which left them chasing lost causes and hit and hope balls. Midfield mostly anonymous, wingbacks mostly ineffective, just Gyokeres ploughing a line furrow up front.

Eccles looks like another Allen type nothing CM to me, Tavares just pointless, as was Godden.

Made them look Premier League and they were nowhere near. Not the first time that’s happened as well. We know how to play these teams and it’s not sit off and let them play, it’s get in their faces and play our game.

Disappointing.

I know people not happy with Godden but I feel our strikers get fed scraps all game IMO.

Certainly did today.. they really had nothing our midfield was miles off the pace, we could hardly keep the ball for a couple of passes, no quality going anywhere near the box

The failure to invest is showing now if it wasn't already, I know the owners were scared stiff of the possibility of promotion last season, but you just can't stand still in this division. What's that 8 goals total - relegation form.

Fair game really. Shows the difference without O'Hare and Hamer. Last season we stood up and took the game to these stronger/wealthier sides. Without those two, you're always going to lack creativity or more fluent passing in the opposition half.

I don't think we had the legs to play that pressing game today. Was only when fresher players came on with the 4 subs that we started to do that, by which time the game was set in its pattern.

They were much better than us but they obviously have a goal scoring problem as they should have used their dominance to put the game to bed. Need to see their goal again but I thought at the time Wilson should have got a hand to it as it didn't seem to be struck very cleanly, so if so they kind of got lucky with that too.

It really was not that bad. The difference was Burnley had to do very little else to get 3 points. I can't remember a shot at Wilson all game?
We ourselves is the problem. Revert back to our natural play. The change Robins has introduced scrounged us 3 clean sheets but it's not us. get back to our normal game.
We will be OK. It's a ong road ahead. We are 3 games shy of everyone else. We will improve but its a painful process just now.

Quite simply our midfield was non existent our owners are clearly to blame.. whats the point owning a football club with little to no ambition.. we had a decent season last 'year' but because of the tight fisted hedge fund we had to give new contracts to Allen and Kelly and not build on our success today it showed !!!!...mini rant over

Aye. Always gutted when we lose, but well beaten by a team that barely got out of 2nd gear, so no point having a meltdown. Been a while since we've not had a shot on target in 90 mins at home I'd imagine.

Hamer and Ohare

If they're not sold in Jan. Robins as much as admitted that Cal was going before his injury despite the assurances to boost season ticket sales. Relegation outfit I'm afraid at the moment. I'm not sure what is going on but it's something to do with Wasps and Sisu seems to be bailing out.

Weve won 1 in 10’- has that happened in my lifetime? I can’t recall but to keep
Pretending it’s ok is nonsense
None in the Mowbray season
We’ve never played 7 away in the first 10 games either
It’s not looking good and everything is not ok
Supporters were brilliant second half
