Clean the plastic sky light panels that surround the top of the stands. Absolutely filthy with shit and mildew on them from years of no maintenance by wasps.

Need to improve match day experience with bars that you can go to and buy a pint within a minute instead of the customary 30 minutes we experience.

I've never understood why at half time it seems to come as a surprise to them that there's a rush for pints, burgers etc. Get stuff ready to go like they do at music festivals so you're just taking money and handing out pints.

Ultimately, the biggest thing is the train station.

For both football and other gigs, it would be a game changer. Just a shuttle from town to the ground would do.

It's something I could see a rich stadium owner investing in. The NEC group for example would see the benefits.

The bridge over the line would also be useful.

Coventry City Football Club emblazoned across the white panelling of the corporate stand. In the same font (but slightly larger lettering) as used to be displayed on the roof edge of the M&B/Sky Blue Stand at Highfield Rd.

Could fans be allowed to cross the road without having stewards trying to role play as lollipop ladies / lollipop lads

No bellends asking to see my ticket in block 1! Nobody is clamouring to sit there and how the fek do you think I got through the turnstiles without a ticket???

Plenty of stuff you could do if money were no object….
Replace the blue cladding on outside of ground with white. The dark blue tinted windows would still work well and hark back to our original colours.
Finish the cbs arena branding on the roof.
Cover any concrete bits inside the bowl with advertising or club signage (behind disabled areas as example)
Change the seats - obviously wasps would need to be removed but anything it says needs to be done properly in a nicer way - so like how the RICOH was actually in their corporate font. I always felt the CCFC and SKY BLUES was too small and in shit lettering.
inside of concourses need refresh - again cover up any industrial looking stuff, make it more welcoming and feel more ‘indoors’.
Have big posters of players on outside.
Change the signage at the club shop - doesn’t look as professional as it could do.
general maintenance to tidy it up - jet washing etc

just a few thoughts…

Have the cameras facing the Tesco/East stand where the majority of the fans are!
Games and highlights always make the stadium look half empty.

Public pull down of all Wasps badges and references, akin to the scenes when Saddam Heussein’s statue was toppled in Iraq

Switch the TV gantry to the ‘Main’ stand

General spruce up of the place, all the steel structures need a good jet wash, the bricks need repainting as well

Madri on draft

Reopen Bar 87

Rename the lounges and executive areas after CCFC legends - JH, Snoz, Curtis etc

How would a stadium owner run a train? Buses maybe.

Agree about a bridge, or at least improve the underpass which is grotty as fuck for one of the main ways in and out the ground.

Outside needs more identity, and history of the club, as do the concourses which feel very sterile.

As others have said more leisure destinations around would help make it more viable and keep people around for longer (which would also help with the travel issues, right now you’ve got to go Tesco for a coffee or not a lot else).

Better food and drink options in the concourse. I'm not sure who is responsible for this though.
Also fixing the mental queues at half time, but this seems to be a problem for all big events rather than just the CBS

This is actually a great point that I think needs looking at. The queues in the concourse are a farce at all the events I've been to there. Especially in comparison with other stadiums I've experienced.

The thing with the Fanzone is that is what Dhillons is trying to be just down the road. and is pretty good when you can get served.

Give them an area to do the same thing at the ground with a profit share within the ground area as it could be used for all events (not just football).

Sniper to shoot people coming out of the toilet entrance door nearly knocking my son over.

Pisses me off when people just push through and there's kids and old people. Even if they are going the right way and just push in.

Elbows out.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned a safe standing area.

I would love to see it if it was in the right place. For me however, the current layout of the stadium just doesn't feel right. I guess it never has done. Away fans and the most vocal CCFC fans where they are just feels a bit unorthodox.

I was thinking Wasps badges in the urinals.
In some lavvies, especially abroad, you can aim your piss at a fly on the porcelain. Maybe we can get transfers of wasps put on the stainless panels at dick height and give them a refreshing splash?
