Sounds like there are four interested parties listed above so of those four who are preferred, sisu or anything to do with them big no no from me, NEC not sure if their interest would include football club so again not sure, the other two ?? Interesting & intriguing. I’m the same as shmmeee just ccfc to compete equally budget wise with competitors.

The thing is then, you are assuming that if CCC / ACL say "We want Ashley to buy it" for example then he still needs to buy the club.

If he has then beaten SISU and their people to the stadium then a few 00's get added onto the club price surely?

Absolutely no idea.

Can’t imagine they’re too involved with Coventry at the moment.

Reeves was also in charge of the West Mids Combined Authority for a bit too which I assume would have a lot to do with NEC.

He was also director of ACL and a Wasps chum.

It worries me.

Would a pre pack need Administration to be filed still? I am assuming it would but it's just a pre agreed deal with the Administrator?

Probably does but apparently two bids have been made. It was mentioned to me ages ago the American interest definitely includes stadium and club and was also told money no object I’ll believe that when I see it, as said Nic interesting & intriguing.

Whatever you think of Wasps they’ve somehow managed to get bidders to the table for the arena.

Still confident that this is an opportunity for CCFC rather than a problem. Whoever owns the arena won’t be as cash strapped as Wasps and would be crazy not to link the club and stadium.

It's nothing to do with Wasps is it? The Arena is a tangible asset, of course somebody is going to look at it

Quiet simple sisu are proven bullshitters & liars and re. NEC if it is stadium only we are potentially still stuck with sisu.
SISU would be infinitely better than NEC. If NEC takeover they’re not going to be bothered how it affects us.

if You can’t see how NEC wouldn’t be a disaster then You’re like the council - anything to screw over SISU no matter how it affects your club

My main issue with Sisu right now is ground fuckery and more importantly unwillingness to sustain the club at this level. If they get someone in to solve both of those then crack on AFAIC

I agree with what you are saying.

But, we have never had them as owners whilst owning the ground. If they do manage to obtain the lease then they deserve a chance in my opinion.

i don’t see how owning the ground (that apparently loses money) will get the the £5-10m extra revenue a year they’re short TBH. But very willing to be proven wrong.

Do you have reading issues, where have I said I want the NEC. As for sisu I have witnessed 15 years of their shananagins, seen my club go from championship to division four, transfer embargoes for not filing accounts, three years wasn’t it, two administrations, sent to Northampton, sent to Birmingham, building a new ground bullshit at Warwick Uni, pathetic budget restrictions, another transfer embargo at the moment. You still want them ??
