NEC out.
But looks like the admin is after securing the deal with Ashley.
It’s something I mentioned earlier.None of you seem to get that the assets can be sold so long as there is a fair process and ACL could go straight to admin straight after.
Noticed that. Assume it’s the administers legal firm. The notice was filed by Burges Salmon diffrent company to who did wasps
Where have you heard that?NEC out.

You'd expect and hope so.Could someone else come in and try and buy the football club once they know the situation with the ground
You aren’t alone. It’s movement at least.I don't even know what's good news and what's not anymore..

Telegraph article a few posts up the thread.Where have you heard that?
The article says "The exhibitions giant NEC Group reportedly expressed interest in the sale early on, but is now said to have dropped out. "Wheres it said about NEC?
Maybe I’m RichardsonYeah it’s a different law firm
Oddly also in Bristol

It’d be a Bondholders Trust decision to release the charge if the £35m isn’t met. If the price is less than £35m then it’s down to charge holders I guess. It’s something I mentioned earlier.
I just don’t see why Richardson would go for it. Money in ACL after the sale would go straight to creditors.

Think that’s where the administrator is based so ties in.Yeah it’s a different law firm

DunnoAll the different wordings
"Expressed interest"
"Lodged a bid"
Did they put in an actual bid or just say they are interested?
Sounds like Ashley.
He’s played the “assign the lease to me and I’ll base Frasers : Sports Direct here and bring loads of jobs to Cov for your students and that” card.
so that the council will assign.
Where have you heard that?
So is anybody hopeful the football Club will be purchased along with it all ? All I care about really
