What period is that over? Surely not just the two week admin process?

Other Matters

1. Utilities – taking the September 2022 utility invoices/usage, out of contract rates would increase the monthly utility costs from £150,000 to £662,000.

2. Confirmation from Coventry City Council of the likelihood of forfeiture – We understand that Coventry City Council have reserved all rights in their capacity as freeholder and that t in the event of a liquidation “…Coventry City Council will be doing what it needs to protect the property”.

3. Confirmation from the Official Receiver – The Official Receiver has confirmed that in the event of a compulsory liquidation, it is likely that they would disclaim the headlease, resulting in nil realisations.
