He certainly tired it’s why I’d have made the change earlier for him but don’t know who Waghorn could have come on for

Kane on at all was strange

Jamie Allen. He’s a complete waste of a player. Never gets near the ball it’s like watching a school boy dropped into a men’s game.

There's a difference in trusting the team who are level to go and win it, to a team who are absolutely shattered and losing grip on a victory. make the changes, even just to break up the game. Do something! it was obvious from 3-1 what was happening in front of our eyes
He got it hopelessly wrong today but there have been plenty of games when Robins has tweaked things so we come out with a win - too many games to count last season. I really don’t see it as one of his main weaknesses, even after today.

Fans don't see the good tweaks , or the changes made to see games out , just the games where its not gone well

Whenever it goes wrong the times I’ve heard people in here say we always concede at the end and invite teams on.
Well the evidence says that’s bollox!
We play to the end and rarely concede milwall and Swansea aside

bringing Kelly on for our attacking midfielder was bonkers. He looked jaded after 5 minutes. It was waving a white flag

A few have criticised the crowd for being silent - compare the body language of our manager to theirs after that second goal.

Yep I think Hamer tired and that was the change needed Kelly for Hamer I think after the first.
Needed panzo and Bidwell and Wilson ordering everyone around. There was no leader and you hope that someone from Doyle and panzo would step up. Interesting to me watching that. They needed to calm down and not panic which is counter intuitive

Exactly that there was just no leadership. As I said you can’t have Wilson and no Fadz there’s just no one organising the defence. At one point Kane was looking at Wilson for direction at a set piece and gave up cos Wilson was saying nothing.

Crazy substitution.

Borroughs was being targeted and torn apart in the second half

Yok so unlucky in added time

It was a bad 25 tops
Definitely 30, I said to my lad that hamer had a shocking 15 minutes and the clock was at 72 mins at that point.

Even Oggy and Clive agree it was the worst 30 minutes if this season. And they usually fence sit.

Oggy called it right in the commentary. After we scored our 3rd our wing backs stopped going forward and we retreated into a back 5, defending too deep and inviting pressure. Gyokeres was then completely isolated also, whereas prior to that Burroughs in particular was breaking into advanced positions. What we don't know if this was under MR's instruction or not. If we had Fadz playing to lead the defence it might have been a legitimate tactic, but without him it felt like there was an inevitability about the outcome. Feels like a defeat of course right now, but we need to somehow put it behind us quickly and learn from it. Yes, the final 30 minutes of the game were something of a nightmare, but the first 60 held lots of positives, and its up to MR to emphasise that is what we need if we want a decent result against West Brom.

You wouldn’t know what I post as the only times you ever post in the football threads in to have a cry about other people’s posts. Fuck off back of the off-topic forum 👍🏻

You just post negative shit, look at your own posts you clown.
Your assessment of my posts is also wrong you dim c**t.
Don't agree with pretty much everything Shmmeee has posted since final whistle but I know he'll also be positive when things are going well, you'll crawl back under your rock.

Praised the team after QPR and Wigan, gave them all good ratings and said we were looking good for a positive season at that point. Even the densest of cunts should be able to find that but clearly you’re a level below that.

But he won't learn it.

He never does. We've always said that an area he's poor in is in game changes and substitutions.

This isn't the first time it's bitten us on the arse and it won't be the last.

*Just to point out I'm not making some sort of case for MR to go. I still think he's one of our best ever managers, but he has weaknesses. And right now I'm fucking fuming.
If he didn't have weaknesses he wouldn't be our manager

You're the most negative c**t on this site and the biggest bed wetter.

I would have brought on another forward, Kelly was not helpful, Waghorn would have been a better option imo. We dropped deeper and deeper.

Maybe. But you’ve got the likes of COH who went AWOL, a tragically wasteful Sheaf and a burnt out Hamer. If the idea was for Kelly to dry things up and add some composure and experience, then I get that sub. What I don’t get is waiting until it’s 3-2 and momentum is already overwhelmingly against you. Agree with sub, disagree with timing. Sorry to upset the flowers on here (not you)

Agree with this should have been done at 3-0

Upset the flowers? He's clearly not up to it at this level, especially as we're supposed to be a top-half team these days.
