If this ‘takeover’ saga drags into January, I would not be surprised robins goes to Norwich if they come calling which could be a big possibility
‘If’ twice plus also a ‘could be’ - talk about guesswork

Who from and what’s the stalling over?talk about a big possibility. I’ve heard the takeover has stalled. If the worse case does happen then we will sell players and the fact robins was so confident the takeover would happen that could be the final straw.
as I said the other day. EFL asking for POF. Hence the delayWho from and what’s the stalling over?
From? And that doesn’t sound like stallingas I said the other day. EFL asking for POF. Hence the delay
Be silly of me to say who from but the info I receive usually spot on. Secondly, the fact EFL are questioning it and we haven’t responded doesn’t bode well hence the word stalled. If you don’t want believe that, no problem but only saying what I’ve been told. Hopefully it goes through so we can strengthen. If not, after the reassurances Robins had over the takeover it could turn his head to other clubs. From? And that doesn’t sound like stalling

You seem like you have done inside info on this Pete, you saying zero chance to him going to Norwich or the takeoverZero chance
It was a bit tongue in cheek given his comments about yokYou seem like you have done inside info on this Pete, you saying zero chance to him going to Norwich or the takeover

If they’d have done that the club would have gone into administrationShame the EFL didn't spend this long deciding on our current owners.
The more this goes on, the stranger it becomes. I genuinely thought Wasps going bust and the stadium up for sale was when we become a "normal club".
Why? Cause people make stuff up about delays and worry everyonelet’s be honest this Doug king isn’t going to be taking over would have happened by now
Lol - ok then. Will seeI think gimoc is full of shit
We’re in the restaurant and people who arrived later are getting served before us. Which isn’t to say our steak isn’t going to come but it does raise questionsWhy? Cause people make stuff up about delays and worry everyone

I must admit I’m concerned at the delayLol - ok then. Will see
Think we will yepLol - ok then. Will see
Hope not regarding Robins. It’s my birthday on the 21st and Robins sitting in the opposite dugout isn’t part of my birthday celebrations.I think the takeover isn’t going to happen and robins might be in the opposite dugout come January the 21st
Their best manager in recent years has been foreign so let’s hope that’s a route they go down againIf this ‘takeover’ saga drags into January, I would not be surprised robins goes to Norwich if they come calling which could be a big possibility
When Pete? It’s already taking longer to complete than another takeover that was announced over a week after ours but completed before Xmas. If that’s a yard stick to judge how long it takes to complete the takeover of a football club it points to issues with the King takeover. Proof of funds is a distinct possibility. He may have proof of funds to satisfy SISU that he can pay what they want for the club (settling the debt to them by the sounds of it) but that’s a completely different kettle of fish to providing POF that you can bankroll the club to the EFL. It sounds like something is stalling the proposed takeover.Think we will yep
So is it the club
Owner
Player
Or do you just make stuff up?
come on just confirm where you are getting the info from?
I’ve communicated with the owner and the club and my link to both and all are expecting the takeover to happen

Screw Christmas Doug king taking over is more important than Santa getting his port and mince piesOr it’s Christmas
Yer, but you get concerned if the MET office says there's a 10% chance of rain.I must admit I’m concerned at the delay
I’m just asking where he’s from I’ve said who I’ve liased withGimoc has been right on several occasions before. Classic case of its bad news so people dont want to believe it. Trust him more than Pete the Boddy mouthpiece tbh. Hopefully it does go through but let's be honest it's not looking great is it?

Doubtful though.Or it’s Christmas
It’s a hungry metaphor. Gillingham got theirs approved despite applying afterwardsWho?
So what’s the theory? And what’s the evidence and where is it from?Doubtful though.
The King takeover was announced on the 16th of November, not yet complete.
Gillingham takeover was announced on the 30th of November, completed the 23rd of December.
The Gillingham takeover wasn’t exactly simple either as the ground was used as security for investment. We know that the EFL weren’t satisfied with the initial information supplied to them regarding our takeover and came back for more. On the face of it ours would seem a much simpler process too, given we don’t own a ground to offer as security for investment. Even factoring in Xmas our takeover is already taking at least 2 weeks longer than Gillingham with no end in sight.
From the start I was in the I’ll believe it when I see the EFL ratify it camp. Not seeing anything to suggest I’m wrong to be in that camp.
