Otis is convinced that to do a 'complete overhaul' you have to be some shitty lower league Manager who has about 3years in the game, with a half decent win percentage versus little more than pub players.
Apparently if you have a fail on your CV then you're shit - regardless of the great things you've achieved. Has anyone told Otis that Sir Alex got sacked by St. Mirren? Otis wouldn't have touched him with a barge pole.
What a load of tosh.
And which 'shitty' lower league manager are you talking about? Chris Wilder? The man who has never been sacked and has a win ratio of 46% and has only had success?
Paul Tisdale? The man who has never been sacked, has 5 promotions and won manager of the year for league two? 39% win ratio and has only had success?
Brown had ONE successful spell, has failed since and has held THREE managerial positions and has been sacked from all THREE.
You are talking total rubbish. I have no problem with anyone coming here who has been sacked. My only provisio here is that if so it should be someone who has had success, then failed and then had success again. That for me would prove they have it in them to succeed again.
Someone who has had success and then failed twice since does not point to someone having the capability of having success again.
