3 Year plan submitted to SISU when we got relegated, this covers funding and longevity in rebuilding the club.
Looking to get promoted, becoming community club and based around academy.
3 year plan signed off by SISU, indicates funding for 3 years.

Thorn almost sacked after relegation, he convinced them to give him another chance with some resources, and he felt we would get off to a really good start.
Evaluated in blocks of 3-4 games, looking for 2 points per game average.
didn't feel the culture of not holding onto a lead was changing, and it was felt that a change was needed, as the players were not responding to Thorn.
Every person shortlisted was asked what they thought about the squad to say what was wrong.
Applicants opinion was very good squad, but lacking tempo and width. loans will be permitted to deal with this

what are most important things in a manager?
Immediate impact
get to know players
make players cohesive unit
remove fragility from players and increase confidence/self belief
back to basics, keep it simple
Understand Thorn was not supported with resources, allowed him a lot more with backroom and playing staff. he did not meet targets he himself set.

We had 11 managers in 11 seasons
We sat down with Andy and said we didn't support you last season. We gave him the chance this summer. Changed back room staff, wholesale changes in squad.
Reality is we need to make it all work. But leadership lacked from Andy Thorn
