Only Gyokeres and Rose come out with any credit, the rest were miles off it

The lack of energy was clear throughout, we were 2 yards off them constantly. And the defending was absolutely comical at times

Dabo is clearly unfit/injured, you can tell in the way he’s running

MR has to take blame for letting it drift after HT

Rose is an absolute passenger and we have half a team who are the same. Allen is great if you can bring him on for the last 20 for energy but technically is below the standard.

the fact we haven’t got bodies in and we are waiting for our usual suspects to get fit is worrying. This summer is going to be such a big overhaul of the squad and we will need to get a whole new team together.

Dabo does look like something is holding him back. He takes half a second now to decide if he's going to attempt to run or not.

Defence over the shop, midfield non existent and no support for gyokeres at all

As I said on match thread. MR and Co need to have a real hard think about where we want to go next because to me that was no structure, game plan, positioning or intelligence to that.

Wilson shocking for their second.

Their first goal was pathetic defending as was the 4th were dowell dummies 4 defenders in one move.

Whole defence was awful, to a man. Lost us the game inside 10 mins.

Hamer very quiet.

Allen did quite well but bad miss near the end.

Palmer was always a threat, but a couple of poor decisions or executions of final ball. Brilliant finish for the goal.

Gyokeres gave it everything but was lacking support.

Mark robins view of the palmer goal was interesting - I also assume his references about being poor off the ball and allowing the opposition space were aimed at him

He did nothing in the second half and offered no movement at all

Thought in general we struggled off the ball today .. that second half reminded me of Swansea at home last season , they just ALWAYS had a pass available and it felt like they had an extra man on the pitch

There’s such a lower league mentality engrained within the club and fanbase, it’s so depressing.

i really like the passes he does when he doesn't look where he's passing it and ends up passing to one of their defenders, lovely to watch.....

He said Gyokeres was claiming the goal.

The evidence is clear that it was Palmers but of course you will deny or argue against actual physical evidence.

I couldn’t care less. I still see palmer as a poor signing and today exposed his lack of fitness and that’s not acceptable

Hamer was poor for me.

He's fully lost interest. I don't blame him.

Wilson 4 shouted a lot 3 shots 3 goals the 2nd 🤬
Dabo 2 positioning shit no pace switched off constantly
Rose 4 marked down for og
Doyle 6
Bidwell 5
Hamer 5 seems be blowing hot or cold a lot this season today was off the pace some terrible passes and corners
Sheaf 6 scared to be booked
Norton-Cuffy 6 had to mark 2 men due to Dabo
Allen 5 flatters to deceive shinned the goal and too lightweight
Palmer 7 motm almost every good thing started with him. Would be even better with someone superior to Allen
Gyokeres 6 got fa off the ref but pass and shoot first time every now and then

Burroughs 6
Wilson-Ebrand 6
Panzo 6

Robins 2 whatever the fuck he said at half time didn’t work and left it too long to bring the subs on who knows maybe one of the 3 may have blocked Dowels shot

Yeah apart from scoring one and setting one up what else did he do, bloody rubbish eh.

hes not a player we’d normally sign - you can bang the drum all you like but he’s desperately poor in so many aspects of his game.

Absolutely pathetic, cannot bring yourself to dish out even a hint of praise for scoring one and setting one up 😂

I'm finding it hard to give anyone above a 5 today.

Some real standout shockers were Dabo (again), Doyle (not convinced about him at all), the new loanees, Sheaf (missing the whole game), and Hamer (barely saw him). Palmer is exactly what a lot of us thought he would be, and was walking around again part way through the second half.

We need some championship quality players, because too many of our team aren't up to it, but even with a poor bench, Robins didn't react again when we could see what's coming. I know he is frustrated with the situation, but at times this season I feel that he has given up.

Today was about who was the least worst player. Allen was MOTM because he was the least worst player over 90 mins, not that he was was brilliant.

Still wouldnt give him 7, again like a little pupoy chasing the ball and being nowhere near it to make a tackle although I do understand your reasoning

Just looking at whoscored. In 66 minutes Norton-Cuffy attempted just 8 passes, completing only 4 of them.

If you are giving Allen a bonus point for the goal, shouldn't you be taking one off for the fabulous chance where he simply had to hit the target and fluffed it? 🤪

As far as I am concerned, he miss hit two shots
