The loss of CoH is far worse than the Fadz injury - he’s one of our best signings since relegation from the PL and is so important to the way we play. Our sustained improvement in form was due to him getting back up to speed after injury. To be fair to the OP , even though I don't agree with it .. the other issue is the loss of mcfadzean , as we were starting to put results together without Cal ( we definitely look better with him in the 11 though )
We now need to find yet another way of getting results already just 25 games in because the loss of fadz is also having a pretty big impact on our starting 11
Fadz plus Cal out = double shit
Can someone delete this moronic thread as it’s looking more ridiculous every fucking game that goes by
Ofcourse , however I was pointing out that we've lost the one true leader in the starting 11 , without Cal we adapted our style to pick up results and were starting to get them, cal came back in at Watford away .The loss of CoH is far worse than the Fadz injury - he’s one of our best signings since relegation and is so important to the way we play.

Going to miss him every day.
Any other side at this level replaces him in Jan.
Only one way to find out….he'd get in this side playing in a wheel chair
We really miss him, despite his goal today Palmer isn't fit to lace his boots.

Its fine to keep saying never question robins but what was the signing of Palmer all about? A highly expensive recruit whose the actual opposite of his ethos. Hard work and press off the ball. He has to be accountable for that - it’s just a bizarre waste of limited resources

Clearly a Viveash signing.

clearly a stupid one
Should have offered Swansea £1 million for Paterson instead
no we don't, we've just signed 2 fullbacks that can play there.........Thats the issue isn’t it - we need a player like him surely

Well sure, the buck stops with him and all that. But there’s clearly a difference between being the driving force behind an underwhelming signing, versus being taken in by your trusted assistant on the same player.Robins I assume has some say in it or is Viveash controlling transfer policy?

and we end up with Allen and a left backThe one game Palmer and O'Hare played together (Blackburn I think), both off the bench. They looked made for each other.
I'm certain the aim was to have him as a companion to O'Hare.
They've started 2 games together, lost against blackpool at home and beat Wigan at home (although 0-0 when they both left the pitch). They didn't particularly link up well in either game IIRC.The one game Palmer and O'Hare played together (Blackburn I think), both off the bench. They looked made for each other.
