For the same reasons if he was brilliant and a bigger and better offer came in he would go we need to release him, great player when fit in lower leagues but struggling in this one. End product is abysmal snd new owner or not we need to watch the cash and spend wisely, unfortunately he doesn't offer enough. Can't afford to be sentimental we carry way to much dead weight and complain we have a weak squad with few options. Seems a top guy but needs to move on.

We are different now, no debt, full club control, wage budget obviously increased. One of our biggest problems the last two years is squad strength and depth, getting Dabo fit and in the squad does that and gives us options.

We need people fit to do a job. Like Waghorn, Kelly… his best years are gone and now too injury prone and doesn’t look up to the fight we need him to be at.
Thanks for your good years at the club but we must push forward and not carry passengers. Time to rebuild

If he's got an underlying issue, which I think he has, then he's not getting another club.
So while he's here it's in our interest, and probably the cubs duty of care, to try and get to the bottom of it and get him fit.

Surely it depends entirely on what the fitness issue is, if we are right that there is one, and an assessment of whether or not it's curable. None of us know the answer to this.

Dabo may well not be the player he was in the past, but at least he hasn't committed any war crimes.

On a few occasions Dabo has been hung out to dry by MR, playing him as the right side of 3 centre backs was never going to work.

He has definately regressed from league 1 and was initially very good in championship. But has really failed to kick on as expected.
