Genuinely though, from a legal standpoint it is going to be very interesting if some of these British Gas agents break into the wrong persons house and get a 'reaction' from the home owner.

Ever since I've been renting, and then eventually paying a mortgage, I've always found energy companies to make a massive stress. Incorrect bills, 'losing' payments, not letting you leave etc etc. They seem utterly out of control now, and what the fuck is the point of Ofgem in all of this? I'm definitely in favour of doing whatever is necessary to bring them down a notch.
Nothing less than seizing all of their assets without compensation imo

This has surely got to be a wind up

Probably not. She seems the type to have a delusional ego. See themselves as misunderstood geniuses when the reality they're just not particularly bright. The fact she's positioning it as being 'visionary' and ahead of its time, when in fact it was just reheated trickle-down and Thatcherism. Bollocks then, bollocks now and bollocks in the future.

This little tour he's doing masquerading as PM is pathetic.

And it makes Sunak look weak too.

I wonder who's paying for this trip though, because he sure as hell isn't. And how is it possible to just swan off and not do any actual work for so long? He hasn't been to parliament for months.

Questions need to be asked of what Alexander Johnson is up to and as you say who’s paying for it. Hopefully his constituents will vote him out that would be hilarious

Oh dear-still everyone else’s fault and she would have gotten away with it if it wasn’t for the pesky left wing media. It’s not like her brand of economics has caused a crash each time it was implemented…

She’s a fucking idiot.

The best thing she could do is disappear into the shadows as most of us are going to be suffering for years after her crazy spell in charge, will she be handing in the money she got for this story to go towards paying for her ridiculous ideas?

Whoever described her as mad as a box of frogs nailed it. How she was ever let anywhere near government let alone the top seat still baffles me. This article only confirms that I’m right to be baffled.

So she's learnt nothing. Which comes as no surprise given she's a delusional idiot.

At least it should confirm to everyone that she cannot be let anywhere near any type of power ever again. Anyone that disagrees is either a complete imbecile or is backing her for their own career aspirations (though I guess that would also come under 'imbecile' if you think Truss is ever going to be in a position again to advance your career.)

Her appointment also confirms Tories members and MP's are either idiots or selfish c***s. Or both.

This has been bugging me and just occurred to me that I think it was Dorries who was described as mad as a box of frogs, probably around her IACGMOOH time.

Had a quick look about Truss and it seems the closest is Cummings saying she's as mad as a box of snakes.

Mandate from who exactly?

To put this into some sort of context more people in the UK voted for the postmen to go on strike than they did for Truss to be PM. And by some distance
