Was quality.

My fav save will prob always be Westwood Vs wolves in stoppage time from a pen

Highfield road, Cov against Norwich, score 5-4 with a penalty too Norwich, last kick of the game and Jim Blyth saves the pen.

He was up there with Hamer for motm today, not that that's saying much after a drab performance. But he has improved a hell of a lot over the course of the season, and is worthy of the new contact, even if he's likely to be on the bench if we bring a new keeper in.

It was the strength of the arm to get the ball away. He is a class reaction shot stopper, it's the strongest part of his game.

Going back years I wonder if any of the older guys from theJH days remember a save by reserve keeper to Bill Glazier Bob Wesson against Charlton when the ball was volleyed full pelt from about the penalty spot and Wesson dive literally full length from post to post and caught the ball, it was talked about for yonks afterwards.

Was a very good save & tbh, the one from the resultant corner was probably even better.
Nice to see him claim a cross well too. Kicking still dreadful though.

Need to hear it again but did Robins blame him for the opener?

There was a triple save a couple of seasons back but despite me saying it was my fave I can't even remember who it was! I think it was Moore but could have been Marosi.

Great save today all the same as it was behind him and travelling, but I was just as impressed at the couple he came out and collected to relieve the pressure.

It was at a nice height for him to make the save. His consistency at collection crosses was more impressive yesterday.

Great save today and he's much improved

The witch hunt against him earlier in the season because he isn't Simon Moore was weird - 'but his kicking is rubbish!'
Lost count how many times he kicked it straight out of play today.

One of the problems with our defending. We don't do it often enough. Put the ball out of play, regroup and defend the set piece.
