In your opinion. I disagree. He wasn’t as good either

I think you'll be in a very small minority but go for itIn your opinion. I disagree.
Last 10 he was excellent at setting up attacks with ten menIn my opinion Hamer is the pick of the crop. Today has nothing to do with it.
Sheaf is improving all the time.
Gyokeres scores goals but has loads of areas that need improvement to get him to next level.
O'Hare is very good at this level, but over rated by a lot of our fans.
Palmer works hard but still needs to improve on fitness levels. He should not be compared to O'Hare they offer different things. But still underated by many of our fans.
Not a chance was Godden our worst player. Must have been watching a different game to me!Hamer player of the match, Godden worst player on our side.
Think you have to add Wilson into this. One world-class save (although I haven’t seen a replay), looked solid and a few decent takes in the air. Couple of Oggy-style kicks straight into touch but can forgive these.Hamer and Mcfazdean were by a country mile our best players
Hamer player of the match, Godden worst player on our side.
Agree with 99% of that but it was Doyle not RoseWilson 7 - one class save and even claimed a few crosses
Eccles 6 - not a WB but did well enough
McNally 7 - quality in the tackle and good on the ball
Fadz 8 - leader
Rose 7 - dealt well with Luton’s number 11
JWE 5 - looks very raw but some glimpses of a player going forward. Giving away the throw in for the opening goal was poor.
Hamer 9 - when he plays like that he’s a level above
Allen 6 - busy as always
Palmer 7 - put himself about well and tries the killer pass every time which I like. Great effort off the bar.
Godden 7 - pretty anonymous but scores the pen and his ball won the pen
Gyokores 8 - got nothing from the ref. Roughed up all game by their defence who were terrified of him
Cuffy 6 - better than previous games
Walker 5 - anonymous
Bidwell N/A

I think 1-1 was a fair result, again lady luck deserted us losing Sheaf as we did and then that early goal which I put down to the Sheaf issue, took a while but I thought once we gained a bit of control we were the most likely team to win the game until the sending off.
Biggest plus point was Hamer in a slightly different role I thought he was excellent here, there and everywhere. Looks like Sheaf could be out for a bit so maybe Hamer will play that role again.
Wouldn’t criticise our defence too much take that first minute away it’s another clean sheet.
Wilson annoyed his knockers on here again with a solid performance in goal accompanied with two outstanding saves.
Reffing standard just not good enough the inconsistency throughout the match was a joke. If that’s the standard one division below the premier god help us and refereeing.
Having said that I thought the sending off was correct very unlucky because it wasn’t a deliberate foul but was a yellow card I thought, milked a bit by Luton but I think we’d have done the same.
Wilson 7 - one excellent save and generally secure
Eccles 6 - ok but needs some match time
McNally 6 - started poorly but got better
McFadzean 7 - we have really missed his presence
Doyle 5 - inconsistent
JWE 6 - some useful contributions, looks skillful but needs to learn how to tackle. Unlucky with the sending off.
Hamer 8 - as usual motm
Allen 5 - ran around
Palmer 7 - some good some poor but makes things happen
Gyokeres 6 - shadow of the player we had before Christmas and desperately needs a goal. His confidence has gone. Looks some way from a Premier league player at the moment.
Godden 7 - good return bearing in mind how long he has been out.
Subs:
Walker 6 - looked lively
BNC 6 - couple of good runs
Bidwell - not on long enough to judge
yes- i thought he was dreadful yesterday. very surprised at some of the generous ratings he's been getting on here.JWE was really poor - leaving Bidwell out was a big error of judgement for that game
Disagree. He couldn't play Bidwell after last week's performance in my view. Would give totally the wrong message to the rest of the team that that level of performance was acceptable. I thought JWE showed some promise, but his tackling was poor.JWE was really poor - leaving Bidwell out was a big error of judgement for that game

I think Robins and the team are still suffering the effects of the Wrexham result. He failed badly that day and needs to reinstil a professional mindset which was lacking that day and started from his selection. Therefore, he had to drop Bidwell.
Agree over the season Bidwell has been consistently strong but if you let a player get away with that type of performance it gives the wrong message. His performance against WBA was unacceptable in my view.that’s nonsense. Bidwell has been consistently one of our better players - leaving him out after one bad game for a rookie defender is entirely the wrong message.
I agree. Wayward passing and bottled tackles a couple of times. Luckily, Bidwell back for Tuesday.JWE was really poor - leaving Bidwell out was a big error of judgement for that game
Yeah, it does look like a parting of the ways is on the cards. Robins does seem to be quite a with him or against him type of manager, not much room for grey!If the rumours are true then Robins isn't overly enamoured with Bidwell at the moment so I was not surprised to see him dropped after his poor performance v WBA.

Based on him being dropped for one game? Or has something else actually come out?
It makes complete sense that he may go with the attacking option at home when we are looking to win and the more defensive option against the best sides and away from home.
I hope we’re not getting rid, JB is one of a handful of players we have that are comfortably at this level.
I really hope he don't sign him. We already have O'Hare, Hamer and Allen who are under 5ft 8. We desperately need some more height and athleticism in the squad.Apparently we were going to sign Dasilva from Bristol City and Bidwell was going to Birmingham. It fell through because Bristol City couldn't sign a left back in time.
He bottled fair a few tackles that were not even 50/50 one was in his favor and he still bottled it.Disagree. He couldn't play Bidwell after last week's performance in my view. Yes let's write him off after his first start in men's football playing in a team that is not playing flowing football at the moment. Totally fair.He bottled fair a few tackles that were not even 50/50 one was in his favor and he still bottled it.
That's just unacceptable. He is a absolute garbage. Rather develop one of our own Burrroughs.
I think the arrival of the RWB is more a nod to Dabo and at LWB we only had Bidwell.Every time ive seen Burroughs he has impressed so dont quite understand the 2 loanees
But Burroughs has done equally well at right and left, if we had brought in a slightly more experienced lwb I could understand... ahh well in Robins we trustI think the arrival of the RWB is more a nod to Dabo and at LWB we only had Bidwell.
