Heard he fell out with Robins after he was spotted pushing Godden's bin over and blaming it on the weather.

Always got mistakes in him, almost every time he plays he costs us goals. Didn't make the step up to the championship imo, someone coming up or a perennial yo-yo team like Rotherham would suit him.

Eh? What attributes? He’s slow, makes mistakes, can be bullied by small forwards and isn’t aggressive enough in the air or closing down. There’s tougher bird shit on the seats in the CBS than Michael Rose.
Slow? From all the reports I have read over the last few years every player says he’s the quickest or one of the quickest in the club.

I'd offer him and Dabo contract extensions, even if just as back up options, although if comments in this thread are correct, it doesn't sound like Rose will sign anyway.
Think they both have something to offer and the squad is going to be pretty stretched as it is once the out of contracts and loanees are gone

I don’t read the match day programme or count the rivets in the concourse, but if he’s so quick, why is he always caught flat footed, out of position or criticised for not being aggressive enough in his defensive movement?

The sheer extent of the overall we need next season (of all of our defensive players only McFadzean and Bidwell are in contract) means it makes sense to offer him a new contract. From his perspective it makes sense for him to decline any offer from a club that clearly doesn’t see him as first choice.

You don’t need to read match day programs or count rivets. Just open your eyes it’s not that difficult.

Yeah if I was him I'd be off.

‘from reports I’ve read’ - so you skimmed Coventry Live/listened to Nick from Birmingham on CWR, bravo you’ve got the football insight of the front row of the Sunshine bus.

He’s regularly bullied, caught flat footed and slow on the turn. The fact you’ve read he’s quick as a reason to challenge that entails you’re the one that needs to open your eyes.

Needed to offer him a £0 relegation release clause in order for him to accept 'Squad Player' rather than 'First Team Regular'. Now he refuses to discuss terms.

He’s a flawed player for sure, but to deny he’s quick after you’ve heard several of his team-mates attest to his pace is a bit weird. He certainly wouldn’t be the first quick and flawed player we’ve had!

I won't have you say that about Leigh Jenkinson!

I imaginei of the matches he’s played where we’ve been able to attend I’ve seen him play well over 90% of those. Whilst he definitely has flaws, speed is not one of them.
