AgreedVery pleasing that Doug is removing betting sponsors from the shirt.

Good shout that!! Any women on here want to be put forward? As Equality and Diversity is now a standing agenda item, simple question- Who speaks for women?
Clearly there are women in attendance. They represent the club or marketing, or JSBs / children, and disabled. Great.
I repeat, who speaks for women supporters specifically?
Can this be asked at the next meeting please.
If they decide they need someone then women supporters have to select someone. Not the club or co-opt from elsewhere - hey, you're a woman can you be the token.
Many thanks
That stinks of a massive price hike. I can see it backfiring
we have had away and home fans in the stand thoughJust finished
I pushed a number of questions and got some answers but walls to others
Very interesting dynamic between Doug and Dave
No announcement imminent on stadium deal
Language talking about maximising revenue including season tickets and other tickets but nothing will be presented until arena deal done
No doubt it will be
block 13 being looked at
Away concourse set up for 6000 visiting fans and it’s one area so can’t have home fans and away fans that end
Gap not a safety issue but numbers that police will allow. Maximum of 5000 not 6000
When and how many?we have had away and home fans in the stand though
Man Utd had to be press ganged into starting a team to take up the place that was made for them by kicking out the clubs that had taken it seriously in the first placeIt's definitely important to get on the stage before WSL gets too big. Man United jumped in at a good time.
What do you think the crowd would be for a one off game under the Coventry City badge?
Quite an emphatic answer too not just they won't be sponsoring us next season but going as far to say there won't be another betting sponsor while he's at the club. That's a statement right there.Very pleasing that Doug is removing betting sponsors from the shirt.
Still a reasonable point to make in terms of edi issuesAre the men only asking questions on behalf of men only then or as usual are tiu going out of your way to be offended? My wife and daughter attend regularly and their concerns mirror mine not in any way gender specific.
Although that does remind me, can we have some trans toilets please.
as has been said there was half a season or so of itWhen and how many?
we are talking blocks 12 round
Yep. Also sounds very similar to the stuff spouted a few years back about the squad investment coming from fans buying season tickets
Don’t recall sorryas has been said there was half a season or so of it
it was shit then and will be again as no one really sat there
If it didn't work, the sponsors wouldn't pay the money.Seriously has anyone ever placed a bet based on the back of a shirt sponsor? Or for that matter ever bought anything due to shirt sponsor.
I bet alcohol sales plummeted after they were dropped.
If gambler's want to bet they'll bet.
Is Dough going to close the Casino also.
you do spin it so well.I appreciate that was under SISU but we were sold that before
'Back us and we can invest and back Mark Robins'
We did. 13.5k of us in record numbers. And also with merchandise
The backing we recieved in return was selling Hyam to pay for some grass and couldnt afford our tax bill
Rubbish, they have billions of pounds, they have to spend it somehow, probably massive tax ivasion. If it didn't work, the sponsors wouldn't pay the money.
Dividends either be better for them than random sponsorship. If not then they can buy me a cheese sandwich while they're at it.they have billions of pounds, they have to spend it somehow
He’s not wrong though is heyou do spin it so well.

They will have their dividends, sponsorship has always been a way to avoid Tax amongst other things.Dividends either be better for them than random sponsorship. If not then they can buy me a cheese sandwich while they're at it.

Can’t wait for us to raise season ticket prices myself - loads of other clubs in the Championship are either freezing or cutting prices instead, we’re going to absolutely batter them with all that extra revenue
Police and safety group opinion is that higher number of away fans (i.e. above 3000) brings more fans looking for the day out and potentially more ‘risk groups’. Police and stadium groups nervousness increases beyond this number.
Btw season tickets were cited as being important for cash flow over the summer by SISU more than revenue per se, I thought that those days were behind us?
