That being said I'd be content with an owner that sorted our long term foundations - ground, training, academy etc - didn't charge interest on any loans they made, and spent whatever spare cash was generated from transfers back on the club / team. What we haven't even had is the foundations for years, so it's a long rebuilding job.

The wage/turnover ratio in the Championship is 125%. If you buy a team and run it in a way that makes financial sense, you’re automatically at a disadvantage. You don’t have to be mad to work here, but it helps.
